Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — MCD, North West Zone Keshav Puram Zone Ward 70 ignoring unauthorized activity in residential area.

Address: Ashoka Park Main, Ashok Park Main, Rampura, Near East Punjabi Bagh

Greetings,
In Ashoka Park Main Near East Punjabi Bagh Delhi 110035, Keshav Puram Zone Ward 70, the residential park gates have been attached with mini doors by some residents which are unauthorized. There is no RWA. These private gates are under their control. When informed to the concerned department, SO and Deputy Director Mr Keshav Lal, they manipulated to compromise and settle with these unauthorized work. Deputy Director was very rude and yelled that he was been disturbed by this and we have been creating an issue.

I tried explaining the causes happening by those unauthorized activity mentioned below.

On 21/06/21 the UNAUTHORIZED mini gates in the society of Ashoka Park Main New Delhi 110035 have been attached which are causing the issues.
1. It tore the clothes while entering the park due to having less space.
2. When I entered the park, the kids of society locked the door and it was problematic to open it by calling people.
3. The spread of Coronavirus can be rapid by touching the hinge all the time to enter the park.
4. It has been becoming tough to enter as opening the hinge first and holding our own stuff simultaneously.
5. Residential people keep the hinge closed of gates during the visiting hours.
6. There is no requirement for those gates as old people get more trouble to open it by bending and opening the hinges.
7. Any intolerable activities can be done inside the park by locking it.
8. It can be harmful for the children as they can play with the gates by swinging.
9. It will take time to enter if any injury happens to anyone inside the park.
10. Keeping the gates closed can offend anyone to enter it.
11. Many people lock the door by hinges due to which children are not playing in the park and this is making them play in the lane.
12. Already the space while entering is less due to the cars parked outside the gates and standing there to open it causing consumption of time and effort.

The action is yet not taken.
