Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — problem in making birth certificate in MCD office

Dear sir I am rakesh leaving at Rani bagh. On 28 Feb I went to your MCD office rohini for name corrections of my son on birth certificate but your staff (room no- 218) denied me to correct the name and his behavior was also not good. After many request he told me to bring the letter from hospital than immediately I went to hospital but hospital staff told me that they cannot give any letter because son name can be changed by MCD staff worker than I again went to MCD office and this time he agree after requesting but they told to submit the affidavit voterid and all required documents for correction. So due to your staff mistake it wasted my time and money both. So I am requesting you to teach your staff how to behave with the people and not to misguide them because many people face same problem.
