Dear Sir, I m student living in Shivaji Nagar, narela.from past 6 months a great nuisance is created by dogs near veterinary hospital .They bark a lot at night disturbing all peoples in society, so I request you to remove dogs from here, as they are being mad day by day and it will not be astonishing, if they bite anybody or may injure anybody...
