Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Pension and arrears have not received in my pension account of pnb bank

I am a pensioner retd from Engg Depdt from head quater, now fall in North Zone. My PPO No is 1952-G, Name Bhupendra Krishna Bhatnagar.
1. I checked account on 14/4/2017 in PNB s/b a/c no [protected], Last pension received of the month Dec 2016. Where as I came to know pensioners have received upto Feb, 2017.
I need money pension be released with out delay.
2. I applied topay the arrears long back. It was informed that the arrears has approved and sent to bank to transfer the amount in the account. It is yet to be transfer. Might be funds may not be released by MCD.
Please get the problems solved early and request to ensure the reply.
