I live in 3478, d ariba pan, paharganj, new delhi 110055. There is a mad dog in our area, whenever i go out of my house, he always tries to bite me but by luck i get saved everytime. Now i have a fear of going out of my house just because of the dog. Please just catch him, whoever goes near him or passes by his way, he bites him. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.
