Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — regarding addition of child name in birth certificate

Respected sir/mam,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delay of addition of name of my son yunay verma on the birth registration no mcdolir[protected].
My request letter for the same above concern was submitted in mcd civil lines delhi on[protected] and i was asked to come after one month. But still the child name has not been added in birth certificate.
This is really very shameful on mcd part.
Please help me to solve my concern as soon as possible.
