Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — sdmc property tax 2018-19 | |||
I have paid the property Tax online for 2018-19 using HDFC Bank Gateway on 30-Jun-18. But even after successful payment the receipt was not generated (it came to an error screen to go back to MCD site post successful payment) and when I tried to reprint the receipt at later time the system is not able to find any receipt for the said year and property. But the amount has been debited from the Credit Card Account (as attached). An compliant has been logged on the online system (Complaint No. 31646) and after that I tried to call the bank number published on the Contact Page of MCD/SDMC website, but nobody is picking up the phone for last 3 days, while the calls are made almost every 30-60 minutes interval on working day. Also the email ID given on Contact Page is being bounced back. After that I found the MCD officials email (Assessment and Collection Dept) and mailed to them. Even after 48 hours there is no reply or update on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
