This is to inform you that the sewer is overflowing, and despite several follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. As per the Delhi Jal Board, the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the MCD (North) team. However, when approached, the MCD team stated that it is a private sewer and not under their scope.

In view of the above, we request the Delhi Jal Board to please disconnect the water supply to the D1 flats until the issue is properly rectified, as the situation is causing severe inconvenience and hygiene concerns.
