Some people here are feeding stray dogs and keeping them leashed throughout the day, but at night till morning they let these stray dogs loose, and these dogs chase and try to attack anyone early morning around 5-8 am.

People going on morning walk, to school kids going to school, these dogs chase and 3-4 of them together try to attack anyone.
