Hello sir/mam,
Being an responsible person of my country i would like to inform you that in my area that is dwarka sector 7 ramphal chowk near radha ki rasoi, there are large number of street dogs are being found here. It is too hard to pass down any road r street, in d mid nignt they create as such noise pollution that our kids won't be able to sleep and due to sleepless night we suffered a panic day, i request to take some action regarding this.
