Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — the unhygienic condition of our area

I, Rishabh Kukkal (residing A-13-A, Back Side, Manak Vihar, Tihar Village, New Delhi – 110018) would like to complaint about the unhygienic condition of our area, Manak Vihar (Especially right hand side second gali from the entrance gate of Manak Vihar, back side of Vaishno Mandir, A block back side narrow street which start from Mandir’s wall edge), Tihar Vihar, New Delhi - 110018. Our area is becoming so dirty day by day and lots of stray animals can be seen every time in our street. However, I appreciate the work of the workers who have been given the cleaning responsibility of our area.
The problem is with the people living in our street, especially those whose houses are two sides open. They keep their front street, which is broad - clean & hygienic but same time they throw garbage & unused / unwanted material in back side street, such as damaged wooden drawers, stairs, construction waste etc etc..
Apart of these items, there is one more reason for dirtiness & stinking in our street, which is main drainage pipe blockage. Few of houses need to repair their flush drainage pipe. This blockage problem happens because our street is narrow. People need to understand these issues & take relevant precautions to live healthy life.
You pleased to take some necessary action for people who making India as well capital of country very dirty.
So, I would like to suggest an idea that please file some charges on the people who throw garbage like this as a fine. This is the only way to stop people doing this. I am suggesting this because previously many times I requested my street people not to make our street dirty but they eventually ready for fighting.
Also, would like to request you to arrange cleanliness education session for our locality.
