Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — water sewage leaking and street not developed causing serious health issues

I would like to register the complaint against the street condition at our residential area address 677/19 ashok vatika devli road khanpur, new delhi-110062.
Our street condition is very worst since 4-5 years, no action taken for maintain or develop the street road as this causes many issues: during rain water blocked inside the potholes, water sewerage always leaking on the street and the dirty water also filled on potholes of the street and smells very worst all the time, these causing many dangerous health issues like dengue fever, malaria and many skin diseases, we are facing many problems because of this.
Request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
