Dear sir ma'am please controle the crowd of "ESTRAY ANIMALS", THEY ARE more than 30+ cows and ox in Mandawali Fazalpur, Near Railway Pulia Talab, Delhi 110092. THEY are responsible for accidents, hurting children and elderly people, blocking the traffic and destroying public property, making street and area uncleaned and dangerous for all. Its a kind requst to take the necessary action, before it become to late and some bad accident happens. The evidence has been enclosed as picture where 15 cows can be counted in the ground.
