Sir, after suffering a lot, constrained to pen down this complaint in respect of illegal factory manufacturing some parts made up of rubber emitting a lot of poisonous gases and a lot of noise pollution from my neighbor mr rajkumar yadav resident og h. No.634, krishna gali no.15 a, adarsh mohalla, moujpur, delhi 110053. When talkedto him about my suffering he always threatens and says "i don't care and will see everybody".
Sir, i am a terrifically asthmatic patient. Kindly help. This is my 3rd mail to you. I have also written to central pollution control board to get rid of this but all goes in vein. Where should i approach? Kindly suggest
