Municipal Corporation Of East Delhi — non generation of receipt of property tax

I have paid money amounting to rs.1142.50 (Rs.1127/- + convenience fee of rs.15.50 of payumoney) vide id no.[protected] dated 15.05.18 on account of property tax of edmc delhi through payumoney but uptill now am not able to download receipt from the site of edmc delhi.

Please be informed that payumoney is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. We settle the amount to the merchant after every successful transaction. Only merchant is responsible for delivery of product & services and provides refund/replacement.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the said payment id:[protected] is successful as confirmed by payumoney channel. He advised to contact the merchant 'sanjay' regarding the transaction at the below contact details:
