To whom it may concern Please note in front of 1938 sector 28 every morning 10-15 cows and bull get togather and make the area untidy and unsafe. Cows and bulls fight with each other and creat difficulty for senior citizens and kids to cross from there and board the school buses from the stops. Some near by people also throw there waste eatables in polyethene bags in front of cows and bulls. Which consequently make the surroundings unhygienic and untidy.
