Dear madam, Most of the street lights are not working in our sector 21 d faridabad and we're sorry to say that whenever we complain, we get a standard reply that we are short of funds hence no goods to rectify the faults and no maintenance could be done. Madam, if you don't have funds for such basic requirements, how will you go for making faridabad a smart city?
