Municipal Corporation Of Greater Hyderabad — Mutation issue

I have purchased a residential house in the circle 1611 (SR Nagar SRO). As the owner of the house was dead, the family members sold and registered the house to me. I have paid the mutation charges also at the SRO. After the registered I have seen the mutation was done on my name but in a day or two it was reversed by GHMC. I approached both the officials (SRO and GHMC). SRO issued a mutation certificate and asked me to approach GHMC. When I approached GHMC, I was asked to apply for a fresh mutation, with mutation charges again. It seems to be some issue with the system between SRO and GHMC. I cannot pay the mutation charges again. Attaching the mutation copy.
