Respected Sir/Madam Bill CCN : HWU3130003 I am writing this complain regarding the error that happened while paying my water bill on the site https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in The bill amount was Rs 7848 but while making the payment due to server the amount got deducted twice .but the payment is not reflected successfully . The transaction showed failed but got deducted twice from my bank account .
