I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of sofia zubair road near nagpada police station, due to stray dogs and their puppies which is almost 25- 30 numbers. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as i moved a step back when one such such dog was trying to jump on to me. While i moved a step backwards, there was a stone kept there as a result of which i slipped and the ankle of one of my legs twisted. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

I live in ashok gardens with my elderly mother. There is a building behind ours where there are 7 to 8 stray dogs that eat food thrown in the open garbage kept in their compound. At night these dogs create a nuisance howling crying and barking throughout the night. My mother is an senior citizen and she takes sleeping pills at night. She is also a heart patient. Every night with this barking and crying she wakes up and is unable to sleep. This is affecting her health badly.

Request you to please help us with a solution for this.

We the residents and commercial tenants of yusuf manzil located at bldg no. 314, sir j. J. Road, byculla request you to please either re locate the lady living on the footpath under our building or send her to some rehab center because she is very dirty and she collects kachra to sell but keeps it for days under our building due to which there are a lot of mosquitoes and dirty smell in the area. Recently she has kept a few dogs which bark unnecessarily at all passersby and we have children going alone for school and tuition and are scared the dogs might bite or harm the children since the dogs bark at the children whenever they pass by. They also bark in the night continuously due to which we are unable to sleep.
It is utmost request to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Kids and people using the lane are subject to unprovoked attack by the stray dogs.

Hi, I Amey Shetye a resident of Charkop sector 1 Janakee Bungalow, Plot No 60, opposite sector 1 play ground, RSC 20/22. Even after frequent cleanings our drainage tanks are getting clogged. We have been told that the main line out side our house has a clogging issue due to which we are facing these issues. Monsoon will be coming soon and it will be very inconvenient for my family if the issue escalates. The drainage line appears to be clogged due to which even after cleaning our drainage channels is still not getting cleared. Kindly look into it. We have 2 infants at home and its very harmful for their health.

These dogs start barking and even byte fearlessly.
This has created havoc and now even our guest fear to visit our houses.
Even we don't advice them not to visit.
Its dangerous as they had already bitten few of relatives and childrens.
I would request you to come and take these dogs immediately.

There's one stray dog who sits in icici prudential building (Side entrance) he is vicious and attacks children and women regularly. He's white and has brown patches on the head and ears. Please take him elsewhere and put him in a pound because he's causing inconvenience to people on this stretch and won't let them pass without attacking them. It's important to address this because there are lots of people who come here for work, housekeeping staff and they are all in terror of this dog.

There is a jhopadpatti below my house which is situated in such an space that if fire arouse there will be no space for firebrigade to enter and stop the fire and with this jhopda there is lots of garbage from that our health is effected i and my husband live alone we are about 70 to 80 years old. It has become difficult to stat here. Please do something about it. Society itself harbours this dogs and is adding to the nuisance. Please take some action.

My name is anita suhanda and i am resident of mulund colony. This incident took place on 18th feb 2019, at 10 pm when i was returning from my work.
While returning, i was walking on jhulelal road and a street came running towards me and started barking and immediately he started pouncing on my knee and bite me. They came in group of 3 - 4 running towards my direction. At that moment i was scared alot. Latter in 2 days again this incident happened, and this time the victim was a small child.
There is local vegetable seller who feeds them and simply takes no action on such incidents. These incidents are increasing in number. They also # all around which gives a fouling smell and odur.
It would be great if you take neccessary actions and take them away. It is quite scary as market road is always crowded and many people have got bitten by them. Appreciate for your consideration. Thank you.

I reside at parel, near f south ward, today 1st may 2019 around 8 pm, dog has bitten me on my ankle,
Their are many dogs in the area, especially near f south bmc office (Near chintamani showroom and tea shop)

They are becoming a serious problem for the residents here.They have gone mad and try to bite even a mid age man. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem. Small children, senior citizens and the visitors from the bike are the sure targets. I personally had faced such situation when they came in group and the teeth of one of the dog almost touched, somehow I escaped the situation.They have became a pain if you are going anywhere, these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.
