I m residing in dev darshan chs ltd, carter road no 5, borivali east.in my building one dog is there who maybe infected and smell very badly. Because of this dog maybe are kids is affected by infection. That dog sits in are building steps, so children's are scared from the dog.
So it's my request please catch this dog from are society.
Maybe he harmed to are kids also. Please keep away that dog from are society.

Dear Sir, Whenever it rains, Chakala drainage in front of Jio Digital/Ram Bharose Hotel, beside Apollo clinic/LIC, over flowing heavily and many people find it is difficult to walk due to dirty water. Many times they had problem when they were walking on main road and fast moving vehicles were dashing them. Kindly request you to inform Municipality K ward immediately. There is no place to move the rainy and dirty drainage water. Water is flowing on the road. Andheri is main road but the situation is very very popless. Why no body cares???

I riyaz dawood kashmiri, ([protected]), would like you to be informed about the illegal constructions carried out throughout the high rise mentioned above, it so happened that one of my friend colleague happened to have been offered a flatt for sale on the floor which happens to be refuge area, upon this shocking information i thought to dig a bit deeper in the matter and unearthed that the parking floors / refugee floors appears to have been captured even the basement has been tempered in illegal ways that and which goes against the norms and rules of mcgm and various concerned departments and authorities.

Upon further investigation i have learnt from sources that there have been instances where many of the flats have been customised to specific demands of various parties which defy's the approved plans submitted to your office this does not end here there have been discrepancies in many other areas as well, i assure you upon a close inspection of the high rise you would find many such more illegal constructions carried out.

I request your good self to act upon the information and take stringent action at your earliest.

We are residents of Mulji House in Bharuch Street, Dana Bandar, Musjid Bunder East which falls under 'B' Ward. Right in front of our building, near footpath, someone has thrown garbage since last 10 days. People from various offices in our building have complained many times, and once the cleaning people came and picked up half the garbage - promising to lift other half in 1 day. Till writing this complaint, no one has turned up to pick up the garbage. Regular cleaning of the street is done by BMC workers early in the morning and they too gather all the garbage in front of our footpath. Please help to pick up the garbage thrown by some unknown person and please make an arrangements to locate these unknown persons who often throw garbage in front of our building/

I am resident of byculla west we have go to school bus stop at signal near ' s' bridge off k. K. Marg in the mornig 6.30, we are scared to walk on this road because of three street dogs are there they follow each two wheeler which passe on this road, please send dog catcher team in this area (Simplex mill best bus stop near ' s' bridge) please protect us specially school students from these dogs.

Please look into the matter of neighbour who has increased their wall further to our front door pavement.in spite of telling them not to block our pavement they placed secretly a poultry shed to engage it for months and now they removed it to only place a staircase to their newly built home. They dont feel anything doing like this and it is written in bible thou shalt not commit thy neighbor's belongings. Yet they have broken the commandments now i look forward to you to please take my complaint seriously and anonymously and tell them to remove the staircase and place it inside their own territory. Also my old father and mother are disturbed by their staircase placed directly sound coming from there. It's not good for us and they have built it right in front of our door. It's not our backdoor its our front door. They have no right to do it. This may affect health of our parents and create heart problems too. We have no problem against them building a upper room but we are against them building a struacase on our pavement as an entry to their upper room. Also many thieves and mischievous childrens can climb up to their staircase for trouble.

We are writing this letter as the managing committee of anjaneya chs, orchard avenue, near hiranandani foundation school, powai, mumbai 400076. Adjoining our society are 3 restaurants - china valley, ruha bar, utsav restaurant. The terrace of these restaurants are within 10 meters of our society premises.

There is a lot of illegal construction happening on the terrace. Wooden sheds, storage rooms, refrigerators, gas cylinders are all kept on the terrace causing a huge fire hazard. On several occasions we have asked the hotels to have the same removed since the safety of the residents is in grave danger. The bmc has also demolished these before. However, they continue to rebuild the sheds and as on 17th june 2018 there is a lot of construction happening. I am attaching the photographs of the same herewith.

Sub: street dogs complain

I am a resident of seven bunglows, andheri west. There are group of street dogs outside axis bank, near versova metro station. Exact location: https://goo.gl/maps/eg5wrS52EC62

I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had some how saved myself from getting bitten.

So this is my humble request to you to please send dog catcher team immediately in this area.

From lower parel railway station, just after crossing fob built by indian army towards lalbaug side, people are facing problems from attack of stray dogs near temple situated there (Same problem faced by me 3-4 times). Because of this, very few people travel with that route. Local people too are afraid to travel because of violent stray dogs. There are about 9-10 stray dogs and all are violent. Even people who are doing night shift, are facing crucial problem to travel from there.

I am requesting you to look on that matter as soon as possible before menace happen. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue to take away stray dogs from that locality.

An area in Behram Baug, Jogeshwari (West) behind Behram Baug Police Station has public garbage and litter all the place. There are so many irresponsibility being done from your side. The garbage hasn’t been picked since 2 weeks, this may lead to several diseases, please take necessary action as soon as possible.

There is a lot of waste garbage taken out from the gutter and dumped on main road, resulting in water logging and lot of musquitoes, as a result kids and elders staying are suffering a lot, it' has been kept here since 15 to 20 days but bmc didn't came to respond the same, please do the need full as soon as possible thank you

The gutter on 17th road, khar west, opp plot 487 has been blocked and has been over flowing dirty water for the last 1 week.

Apart from infected sewage, bad odour it's also a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

Request you to please look into the matter once the rains start this will lead to the roads getting flooded due to the over flowing gutter.

I stay at janata colony opp 42 bldg as we always face problem of overflowing of sewage lane and due to this the water enters house. As everyday our garbage is taken by people who comes to collect except sunday but the sewage lane is kept unclean.
Please help to clean as the dirty water should be not enter due to this water insects also enters.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents and neighbors as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark every day even on permanent residents of this area. Not only that every night when people are sleeping peacefully, they start barking in a group of 5 - 10 dogs. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks all night and disturbing our sleep. There are number o[censored]ntrained street dogs in this area.

So this is my humble and sincere request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

We are the residents of h east ward kalina and having a sewage problems and water logging as it is a chawl with 25 family and there is only one passage to exit which is logged with rain water and sewage as the chawls are located in between 2 apartments and both are on high grounds so there is no way for water exit and the apartment has planted plants over the water exit path.

So much garbage is been piled up and dumped together there is no proper collection of garbage no proper disposal service too no bmc van comes to collect waste all waste is piled up together and coming on the road. I would like if someone concerned guides to do the needed there atleast they arrange a proper trash bin with collecting the waste dry waste that bmc collects itself every week n the piled up is not seen

Plenty of garbage in front of our house area pestom sagar road no 6 chemburwest last 5 to 10 days plz remove from here as soon as possible. Very bad smell is coming in that garbage our ward is mwest plz provide help from your to remove garbage. To whom so ever it may concern.

I stay in mumbai vikhroli parksite. I have witnessed that from past 3 days garbage collecting vehicle had not came for cleaning, there use to be a garbage bin in our area which also been removed without any notification.in such big locality there are no bin available for garbage.

I request to bmc that if they are removing garbage bins also suggest alternative place to throw the garbages.

I am a resident of golfscappe building, s. T. Road, behind idbi bank, near diamond garden, chembur - 400 071.

We have around 10 dogs sitting at the entrance of the building throughout the day. They keep barking and coming close to the people moving in and out of the society. This is a big problem especially for small children and old people. Kindly send a dog catcher to the society before any incident happens.
