Street Dog Complain I would like to bring your notice on the problem being faced by residents of SHIVTIRTH CHAWL, SHIVSAI RAHIVASI SEVA SAMITI, APPAPADA, KURAR VILLAGE, MALAD EAST, Mumbai - 400097. Sir there are one dog who bite the people. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen where the dogs barks on him and come closer to bite. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

This is to bring to your notice that though a plot behind the LFS school has been named as Vilasrao deshmukh garden, there is nothing in it except the mud and uneven surface. i want to ask when it wiil be developed. This area has no decent garden for kids, leave aside a full functional one like we have in vashi area sector wise. over and above this there is some work going on for past 5 months in the hanuman nagar and it seem to be evergoing with no information on who is doing what and when will it get over. it takes half an hour during peak time to cross that and reach highway. the most affected are kids, in school buses getting pollution for long time. Please do something madam corportar prajakta sawant do somethign to really develop this area.

I travel from Mira road to Powai and there are extremely bad roads. Unfortunately it is called the western express highway. Door to Door this is a 40 minutes drive at a speed of average 60 kmph. however this takes minimum 2 hours 30 minutes daily for us. Kandivali Times of india and goregaon oberoi flyover are by far the worst. You have put traffic cops to manage traffic, isnt it just better to fill the potholes and make proper BASIC roads. There is a time loss and health is taking a toll. Do you even imagine that there are all kind of people who travel, kids, senior citizens, student, pregnant women, so on and so forth. What kind of science do you guys have to apply to get the roads right? which in first place should have been right

Hi All, I wanted to get an opinion from the forum. I am living in a rented house. Whenever there is a repair in the house, landlord is charging from us. For example, the fans, taps, etc. So far I have been paying since these were smaller amounts. Now the solar heater glass panel is broken and owner asking me to pay Rs 4000/-. The reason owner is giving is that the tenant should bear the wear and tear of the items. Wanted to know whether I should pay for this and legally does the tenant is supposed to pay for these kind of expenses? Thanks in advance Veena

There has been an increase in the number of stray dogs in the area. Its causing a lot of problems in traveling during the day and night time. Kindly have the clean up of the same done at the earliest possible to relieve the residents of the area for this. Please treat this as an urgent priority basis.

Dear Sir/Madam I got my mothers death certificate in the name Sumati Nathan whereas my mothers full name is Sumati Shanmuganathan. (REG NO. OF DEATH CERTIFICATE IS[protected]. I went to Matunga BMC office, from where I got the death certificate of my mother. Their they told me to go to Dadar BMC office as my address belongs to G North Ward. When I went to Dadar BMC office and enquired about it, they told to go to the hospital where my mother got expired and do the changes. I went to LTMG sion hospital, there i met Mr Milind Dobre of Medical Health Office who rudely told me that the correction are done by Matunga BMC office and not in their hospital. He told me that they only do correction in Birth certificate and not in Death certificate. They have stoped doing it for 6 years. I have gone pillar to pillar for little correction in my mothers death certificate. From Matunga BMC to Dadar BMC and from their to LTMG Hospital and again from here they are telling me to go to Matunga BMC. I would request you to look into the matter as i needed my mothers death certificate in full name. Thanking you

I am a resident of SIndhi Society, Chembur. I want to report street dog menace around SINDHI GYMKHANA, specially the roads leading from HARIKUNJ society to the gymkhana. There have been incidences of dogs biting the residents unprovoked, resulting in the residents being scared to venture out of their homes. I humbly request you to please send a dog catcher team here ASAP. Thank you.

We are receiving very short supply of water since Feb 2014 in a building of 17 flats where we are supposed to get 12000 litres per day at least we hardly get 3000 litres per day. All complaints made on MCGM website closed and there is no increase in water supply to us. MCGM is turning blind eye to illegal use of booster pumps in our vicinity also off late MCGM has granted additional water connection to next building leading to drastic fall of water supply to us.

Dear Sir, Our son, age 9 has been chased by stray dogs on the way to his badminton classes daily. The dogs bark at and chase all young children carrying their sport kit bags. He's terrified to walk alone on that road. We also fear that being chased could lead to accidents due to traffic on the road. We hope the authorities do the needful and rid the area of these stray dogs. Adrian

The society has not furnished the copy of Occupation plan and Occupation certificate as per notice, There are two Ins. & Structural reports with society Which has opinion about bldg. condition. pl. ask the authorities to do needful at an early date.
I have waited for few years to take action in this matter, but in vain, The Agreement for sale given to the occupants in recital itself stated that the Building is pass per plan up to 3rd floor, then how on 4th floor, the flat No 401 and flat No402 constructed?and passed by the authorities, Illigal occupation cannot be legal by merely in possesion of the flat and hence the membership cannot be legalised as being accepted by society.Only remedy to destroy the structure illegally constructed by way of legal action against members and society, This has been managed so far by members in collusion of society can not be tolerated by virtue of public interest and for the safety of other members of society. The matter is so far overlooked may have serious consequences in future, if building get collapse, the concern authority may look in to this seriously and take immediate action, If ignored again then I constarin to intimate it to PMO office, I hope you will take neccesary action immediately in this matter. Thanking you.
At present the status of my above complaint is closed. The best reason you know.

I have complained on 6th instant vide complaint No. [protected] regarding overflowing of sewage water in the house galli and the filth not being cleaned since past 10/12 days, situated opp. Cama Baug Agiary on Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Mumbai 400 004 and come under D Ward. There is a stench which is unbearable and we being senior citizens residing on 1st floor are bearing the brunt. Is it not the duty of BMC to attend to such complaints on priority basis or are they waiting for some disease to spread?

I stay at Mazgaon. There are more than 100 dogs in the lovelane area and Dr. Mascarhans road. At night around 11 to 11.30 pm. these dogs barks like we feel, that we are in a jungle. And this goes on in the late night too. It is very very difficult to sleep at night and also to go in the morning for prayers. Many cases of bites have been occured. I request the BMC to take the immediate action and send the dog catcher van and if not able to kill this useless street dogs, than atleast catch them and free them in a far jungle. Please take the immediate action against this. Thanking you, Ramesh Rathod.

Respected sir, There is an illegal garage been constructed in the below mentioned address. We have complain several times to the BMC and the BMC destroys that illegal hut but the same day its been constructed. This happens each and every time that BMC destroys the hut and its been constructed the same day. Can you please destroy the hut once and for all as this is a nuisance for our society as its a source of noise and air pollution. The illegal garage is been run by a local goon named Irfan Shaikh and family. Me and my family are been constantly harrased by this local goon and been threatened not to complaint. This is a mental torture to us. I request you to please get our society free from this illegal garage. Near Rizwan building, FM Sangrar Marg, Dockyard Road, Mazgaon, Mumbai-400010.

                                        Sir,
There are some damaged vehicles parked outside Ruparel College from few years. These vehicles are to the both sides of road. Therefore it is dangerous for pedestrians to walk on this road. After college this road becomes full of students. There is no space for pedestrians. Its my kind request to BMC to take immediate action for the safety of college students.
