[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — Bill payment failed but money deducted | |
My water bill payment got failed but money got deducted. I made 3 payments each for 2000 on 05-Jan-2021 with SBI card. For 2 payments I confirmation but for one I got internal error message and still 2000 got deducted from my account. Please see attached screenshot of payment. In screenshot 3 payments are showing and the one in the middle is the one got failure message. My consumer number is [protected]@0207127.
