Sir,
I am abhishek kumar singh, the research scholar of the university of delhi. I was going to the dark andheri-east office of the mercak line to meet my friend on 9-2-2018. I ignorantly spit on the road, standing there on the street of bmc marshal satish gupta looked at me and he asked me to pay 4000 rupees. I asked him to pay a fine. He said that he threatened to take strong action against me and came to the abused and accompanied me as well hold retrieved purse pocket, and he had meted out close to 4, 000 rupees not put my atm card out pin ask. When i had a strong resistance, he left me and ran out of the bike because the public was sitting there. Then i reached the bmc office in gundwali where i complained to the complaint manager but i did not get the proper support. His (Satish gupta) partner makwana offered me to settle down. I am stunned by this episode. May the interest of the common man be safe on the road. I request you to do this strong should be action on satish gupta to the street to ensure safety, such as the interest of the common man of the indian republic me.

मै अभिषेक कुमार सिंह, delhi university का रिर्सच स्कॉलर हूँ।मैं दिनांक 9-2-2018 को अपने मित्र से मिलने के लिए मर्स्क लाइन का अंधेरी ईस्ट स्थित कार्यालय जा रहा था।मैं अज्ञानतावश सड़क पर थुका वहीं पर खड़े bmc का सड़क मार्शल सतीश गुप्ता का मुझ पर नजर पड़ा और उसने मुझे 4000 रुपया देने को कहा।मैने उससे चालान करने को कहा।इतना कहते ही वह मुझ पर कड़ी कारवाई का धमकी देते हुए गाली -गलौज पर उतर आया साथ ही मेरे गिरेबान (कॉलर)पकड़ कर जेब से पर्स निकाल लिया और उसमे पड़ा 4000 रूपया के करीब निकाल दिया।इतना ही नहीं मेरा atm कार्ड निकालकर पिन पुछने लगा।जब मैने कड़ा प्रतिरोध किया तो वह मुझे छोड़कर बाइक से निकल भागा क्योंकि वहाँ पर जनता जमा होने लगा था।तत्काल मैं अंधेरी गुंडावली स्थित bmc कार्यालय पहुँचा जहाँ मैने शिकायत प्रशाखा मे अपने शिकायत की लेकिन उचित सहयोग मुझे नहीं मिला।उसके(सतीश गुप्ता) साथी मकवाना के द्वारा मुझे सुलह करने का ऑफर दिया गया।मैं इस प्रकरण से आहट हूँ।क्या सड़क पर चलते आम आदमी का हित सुरक्षित है।सर से यह मेरा निवेदन है की सतीश गुप्ता पर कड़ी कारवाई की जाय ताकि सड़क पर चलते मुझ जैसे भारतीय गणराज्य का सामान्य आदमी का हित सुरक्षित हो सके।
