Respected Sirs, This is to inform you that I have allotted me a New Water Connection by M/East Ward vide your Permission Form Number: AC/C17853/M/C/M/11 dated 22.08.2019. I regrate to inform you that still I am waiting for the water connection. Water is the basic need ( Humen Right ) and I have paid the fees as prescribed by the department. I the payment receipt no.: 1920HER00503043 dated 30.10.2019. As I got the permission, then why such a big delay. Please explain and kindly do the needful. This is to inform you that I have submitted a hard copy of the letter to your office. How long I can wait? Hence in the last I am bothering you. Because from a very long time I am facing difficulty due to no water supply to my room. This forced me to write this request letter. This is again my humble request you to kindly give me a justice and please finish the pending action on your Permission Form Number: AC/C17853/M/C/M/11 dated 22.08.2019 at the earliest and oblige.
