I Snedden Miranda, am writing to you in regards to my Water Bill payment which I tried to pay on your Portal using Canara Bank Debit card. However I got an Error Message soon after entering OTP but the bill amount has already been debited from my Canara bank account. CCN number: [protected]@0005339. Name on bill : Sec Roy T Miranda & others Amount debited: 1530/- Kindly arrange for the Refund as my Bill status still shows unpaid. Attached is my bank statement screenshot for your reference. Citizen Login page→ Enter our login credentials like email/mobile, password then submit → after login Click on Menu → Citizen helpdek option→Enter your consumer no & select radio button(for recipt :duplicate receipt /for bill: duplicate bill) then click on view → click on +Receipt Details → to download receipt click on print symbol given in action column.
