This area in kharghar navimumbai were I go for walk is the road going to sec-35, there is a electric transformer and to the left there is a open ground.After 9am the roads are deserted with only locals who feed stray dogs.I have seen a maroon colour honda city and another vehicle who routinely feed these stray dogs. I'm going to walk a different route for some days. Hope you look in to this. It can become a problem later as there are young kids with or without parents walking this route. The people will blame civic authority later if there is any untoward incident.
