Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — Property Tax paid but receipt not generated & showing Unpaid.

I have paid online Property Tax of Rs.24, 718=00 using Bank of Baroda online payment. Rs. 24, 718=00 deducted but Status shows Transaction Failed Auto reversal.
But amount is deducted from my account. Receipt is not generated.
