Sir, i am resident of kakinada urban. I am living in maddilavari street perrajupeta ward number 5.in front of my home drainage is completely blocked. If it will continue so many disease will cause due to mosquitoes bite. So kindly requested you to clean the drainages. Take the action immediately. Now a days dengu fever is circulating every where so i requested officials to take action against these issue immediately

For the past one week the garbage at our apartment viz., dhanyamraju apartments, medurivari street, ramaraopeta, kakinada, is not lifting and no body is being attending for the clearing of drainage in the street. Inspite of so many reminders we could not be able to get the clearing. Therefore, i reuqest the authorities to look after the problem and resolve the same. Thanking you

Muncipal water is not available at most of the days. Even it comes some days in between but at midnight 2:00 AM. People are waiting through out night for water still some days it is not available. There is proper timing.

Please suggest how to approach these guys to solve this problem. And how to find what time they realse water into household water supply connections.

I am resident of h no 54-2-19 yesuvari street, jagannaicpur. After the completion of cc road work in the street i am not getting full supply of drinking water. When ever the supply is in full force i was able to get water for just 5 to 10 minutes, for this i and my children has to wait at the tap from 6-30-am to 7-10- am at the tap. I recently completed "transfer of ownership of this property of h no 54-2-19" and paid all the taxes by[protected]. At present i am unable to submit property tax receipts but i am herewith submitting scanned copy of acknowledgement of transfer of ownership. I an happy to inform you that your staff already noted the complaint.

I registered complaint[protected]gl on 27th of 28th august, 2018 expressing grievance of non-burning of street light
Near my house bearing d, no.69-16-7, degala veerabhadrarao street, pithapuram road, kakinada (It is in 50th ward).
Some workman in the municipality enquired me on phone three days ago about the grievance. Today i received
Message in my mobile no.[protected] informing that my grievance was resolved. It is a false message. My grievance
Is not in fact resolved. The street-light is not still burning.
Such experience of false messages of resolution of grievances from the municipal office has become common.
I wish to bring to your notice that since about one year, spoiled timers are not changed and street lights are burning
Day and night. When this is complained of, the street lights are switched off. Again another complaint is registered
And again the same experience is felt. This is noticed in several localities and is within the knowledge of not only
Citizens but also the concerned municipal electrical authorities. The only answer is that timers are not available in stock.
There is a lot of wastage of power in kakinada municipality. At the same time citizens are experiencing difficulties.
I am a retired district judge. Only after getting vexed up, i am giving this email. Please restore my complaint

Even though we have been complaining at all levels about huge dumping of garbage in front of our house by adjacent colony people, no one has taken serious action so far. Stray dogs, pigs and snakes are roaming in this area. Our children are getting sick frequently due to unhygienic conditions around our home premises. It is also causing problem for walkers in the kmc park who are health conscious.

Dear sir/madam,

With reference to above subject bad, fungal odor coming from drinking water which has been supplied by kmc at gandhi nagar, ramarao peta, gpt areas, this issue is happening repeatedly in summer and rainy seasons i don't know whether the associated officiers like dm & ho inspectors are doing their duty carefully or not.
So please take necessary action.

Here drainage was not cleaning regularly. They are reckless and are irregular to make drainages clean without getting stucked in mekavari street pithpauram.
They are irresponsible and are getting here not even weekly once.
People who are in this street suffers a lot due to this waste drainage water which flowing outside on roadand even to steps of houses. I attached images.

Unhygienic and dirty condition created by placing the potable garbage bin in front of our house 1-14-16 Sriramnagar which is always overflowing and an invitation for disease to both Animals & Human beings as Cows and dogs are scavenging it whenever they get an opportunity especially in the dark. This in turn is a menace for pedestrians and us who stay there.
Moreover as the cleaning truck arrives early in the morning it creates a ruckus and noise pollution which effects our peace.
The condition is becoming deplorable day by day and needs to be addressed immediately. We have enough photographic evidence to prove what we are complaining about and will keep collecting more.

Hi, As i can hear Kakinada is being said as smart city.Good, but to be categorised as smart city, there should be minimal things to be verified and has to be quality checked ( for example- The roads). From past 1 month the roads are getting worst. All the substances from roads like sand and cement particals are coming out and is being difficult to drive on these roads.And these dust particles are going into our eyes and its too risky.These bloody contractors are just being paid for doing nothing (worst quality) and they do the same again and again as they get new contract and again getting paid for doing the same road. Immediate action is to be taken on these contractors and their licence should be cancelled.
( From 2 town police station - upto turning point, masid centre) the roads are unsafe.And this is my daily routine way to go to my work place, so for me this is a really big trouble. And i request the citizens and the corporation to take action against this.We are not paying taxes for this type of development. We not only need development, but quality also. Please check all my video's which i am gonna upload in this site.

I am resident of indrapalem, behind to srinivasa convent high school...there are lot of pigs and street dogs causing lot of disturbance and pulling all the garbage on roads and making street no dirty .the residants here are worried about the helath issues caused by this type o[censored]ncleanliness pls take care of this probelm so seriously sir...and hope for speedy and better result..

I'm residing in komalivari street near MSN Chartice jagannaickupur near my home there is Baba and Ramulavari temple. The owner of that temple brought a mic sets and causing a lot of nuisance in the street. Every time we are complaining to them either they are quarrelling with us or for that time only they are reducing sound and in the next day they again increasing the sound. Because of that the students are not able to studying, can't able to watch telivision, can't able to talk in mobile. And all the people in our street was fedup with their sound. So please take necessary action.

Street dogs throng this place as if they own it. I've been a resident here for an year. The street dog population has been on a rise ever since. They keep chasing people to the point of biting them. I myself have been chased quite a lot of times and have witnessed others being chased. I request the authorities to look into this issue...

We are the residents of subham ksr residency, beside kodzee school nagavanam, rajendra nagar.in our street (From gaigalapadu center to sbh colony) street lights are not functioning since last 3 weeks it was the main road connected from gaigalapadu to kamal veer theatre many people are facing problems. Please look into matter and take necessary action at the earliest

Sir, i am the resident of sambamurthy nagar.in my area one of the streets known as 4th street we have a problem of street lights which are in damage. From the beginning of the street 3rd light in the serial is not working because it is broken due to heavy air. So please resolve this issue as early as possible. Thanks

The garbage which has been piled up since a month hasn't yet been collected by the garbage truck. The municipal truck was not to be seen around since a month in our area.
The garabe is left on the street and becoming a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects/rodents. I request kmc to take action as immediately as possible.

We are residing at vasanthi nilayam sambamurthy nagar 5th line seven hills park road near sagar english medium school.in our area dust collecting persons are not coming regularly and we asked her why you are not coming regularly she replied in rude manner and advised me to compliant aganist her we request you to take necessary corection action aganist her and appoint new persons who discharge their duties perfectly....

It is to inform you that the park area at 44 th division, teacher colony, near pratap nagar water tank area is day by day converting in the dump yard with pigs and mosquitoes roaming in around there. Further the municipal dustbins are also placed in that place and all the surrounding unwanted waste is thrown over there.

Due to the scenario, the place is very dirty, this issue to taken to media several times and due to this they are filling the sit with sand but no improvement in that area and further looking very dirty. Due to this local people are suffering with mosquito bites and falling ill.

So i request you to construct the boundary wall immediately and remove the municipal dustbin from that place and close the doors of the boundary walls so that the dust is not dropped further and it is maintained clean.

Note:-we request you to do it immediately, if not being a citizen of kakinada we will complaint through rti act centrally since this kakinada city is selected as smart city.

I am from income tax colony. It was a bad experience to me now when i went to take water from municipal water supply at kulaicheruvu kakinada. I was taken two cans by bike. There was a big que and many cans since only one tap inside the water supply office. Even though i stood and tried to take water. One person came there (Wear blue shirt) and asking us to park bikes outside by stating "officer will come".

Please understand sir.. How difficult it is standing up to my turn and bring them to bike at outside.

1. Is this smart idea to remove 4 drinking water taps at outside the office and place only one tap inside?
2. Are we giving disturbance to officers passing by then what about water seekers looking for water to save our lifes?
3. Can not he feel discomfort also while carrying water by walk on the way?
4. Removed existing taps, what ever it may be we are struggling and collecting water though your feeling discomfort with us. Is this serving public by saying smart city?

This is summer season we are in need of more water to survive.

Please take immediate action and do needful.
