We are facing the mosquitos problems in our area due to the overflow and stagnation of drainage water from last four months. This water is flowing through the empty land due to the damage of drainage canal and owner of that property is not taking care of it. Residents in our area are getting affected with several dengue and malaria diseases. So please kindly take the necessary action on it and resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you....

Near of our house concrete plates on driange was breaked and the small hole became very big hole and we are unable to travel on this route from 15 days so please solve this problem as early as possible...

Piles of Sand and Waste removed from Drainage lying on the road since long.
We have been telling the Municipal workers to clean the Road and maintain the Hygiene
however, the problem remains unaddressed
request authorities to advise the Ward Secretary to visit frequently and ensure the cleanliness...

We the residents of Rayudupalem, Kakinada are facing a lot of trouble with the stray dogs around us.
They constantly bark throughout day and night and create nuisance all the time.
The also attack pedestrians and follow the vehicles.
The constant whining at night is creating many issues while sleeping or studying.
Kindly look into the issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

On[protected] new electric pole was installed in place of old one in postal colony, shantinagar kakinada. (Near Hindu burial ground compound wall)The streetlight was removed and was put in my house.The street light is to be fixed to the new pole....

Iam living in Rajyalakshmi nagar near Lakshmi hospital. Here the garbage collecting staff are not coming even in alterative days also. We are facing the serious problem with the stagnated garbage in this rainy season. Hence it is requested to advise the concerned for the favourable.

I am living in the area of Damera Gardens, Beside Anil Mini market, Ganganapalle, Kakinada. I know that this is in the panchayat area but these people are not responding and they dont have the feedback system. Here, Garbage collection team is behaving VERY RUDELY and they'reNOT EVEN COMING IN THE ALTERNATIVE DAYS. Its becoming their OWN TIMING. I dont know who is responsible for this team. I would like to bring to your notice that garbage is not collected daily at 3-17-49/6 apartment near ambedkar statue at daily bases Plz look into this and resolve the issue...

Sir,
our neighbors in our street has laid down a drinking water pipeline on the street road without concealing it underground. this is obstructing or disturbing safe movement to our entry gates and some times kids are slipping on the road due to this pipeline.

I am not who authorized them to lay down the pipe directly on road itself.

Kindly do the needful, and address this issue by asking them to conceal...

My drinking water connection is disconnected because in heavy rain drain water closes to drinking water pipe now it's all k for for connecting plzz immediately give connection suffering without drinking water...

Sir, Drains when cleaned, the Mud, Sand etc removed from the Drain is kept on the Road and never lifted. When it rains, all the Dirt and Mud is spreading on the Road and going back in to the Drain. Roads are looking very Dirty and no hygiene...

There's no zebra crossing or any signals for pedestrians to cross main road safely at Masjid Center, Kakinada. Being a busy junction at the main road, pedestrians face difficulty in crossing the road. As there are no signals/zebra crossing, rash drivers may collide with those who just want to cross road. Being a smart city or district as one can call it, this is a basic amenity. Please look forward into this issue asap...

Street dogs have become very dangerous in kakinada. Dogs are surrounding pedestrians & also chasing bikes. They are few people who feed them & leave on the roads. Last months I was attacked by 5dogs in vakalapudi & I got injured. The swelling on my head still exists. Now I'm concerned about my locality people especially children who return home after school or play. Please take the required action & help people travel safe....

Tractor is not coming daily to take garbage. And we should wait for 3 or 4 days for it. And the sweepers coming with the tractor and not at all cleaning and sweeping making the area dirty. So i please request you to take action....

Dear Sir,

I am resident of 2nd cross Siddharthanagar, there is 6 story under construction building which is not following any safety measures causing lot of inconvenience due to construction dust and wastage of cement and sand, mainly watering time they are forcing water to my house balcony though many times requested to builder to use safety green mess to not cause such incidents he never listing and not following the same....

From one week we are facing problem with drinking water supply it smells like drain water and their are some dust particles we have given complaint but no proper response so please take immediate action on this...

The waste is lying on the roads from the past 20days
Please kindly remove as soon as possible as it is creating inconvenience to residents
