[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Kakinada — Flour Mills creating Loud Noise

I'm a resident of RadhaNagar, Church Street. Flour mills in our street is really creating noise which is not bearable. And the shops are not closing by 11:00AM. They are running the shops from 6:00AM to 8:00PM.
