I am the resident of Brundavan Apartments, IDA, Ramanayya peta of Kakinada. In our area the stray dogs are creating severe tensions among the people. They are chasing the vehicles and trying the scare the people to pass in the regular roads. They are staying at the places where school children and old aged people generally pass by. In such areas, they are hunting, chasing and creating really a nightmare for the people. Some old aged persons were being bit by the dogs and they are falling on the roads in such a helpless condition.
In this regard, the matter may be treated seriously and resolve the issue at the earliest.
