In respect to the above, i beg to submit the followings for your decision:-
I. I am regularly paying my house tax in time every year. I have paid the last payment of rs 240/ for the financial year 2018-19.
Ii. I am having the documentary evedence of my last payments paid are avalable with me and can be submitted to you for the verification if you desire.
In view of the above, i would earnestly request you to kindly check-up your records for re-conciliation and clear my outstandings to avoid my tension. I request you to kindly acknowledge.
