A mad stray dog has been creating chaos in my locality by biting people. Some days ago it bit a kid and recently it bid a maid servant and that too in a very bad way. This is my humble request to kmc to send stray dog catchers and take the dog away from here as it is posing danger for the other locality members as well.

We have no water supply from past two weeks at 110h/g elliot road. Our landlady doesnot take any action. As we werenot able to pay rent due to lockdown and no work. She asks us to leave the apartment. We are 4 members and my mother is a single parent above 45. We have to fill water from outside handpump and carry it to 2nd floor 4 times a day. We do not get water supply even after paying high rent. Please send your staff and solve our problem as we are not financially stable to look for other apartments

Vacant land at 259 cit road, scheme vi m kankurgachi kolkata - 700054, kmc ward no.31, is lying vacant for more than 50 years and is used for garbage disposing. And snakes, rats, mosquitoes creating severe health issues in the locality. Please take immediate action as owner is not contactable and had not taken any measures to maintain the land clear and stop creating public nuisance. Health of the locals are at huge stake.

On 20th may, one mango tree fell on my house during amphan cyclone. The owner of the tree was my neighbor, opposite to my house. The big tree may damage the house permanently if not cut immediately.
Moreover, nothing has been done to cut the tree on urgent basis. I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

I am debjyoti das of ward no.111 would like to complain about manhandling of my sweeper and not allowing him to throw my garbage into the kmc garbage van by kmc sweeper of ward no.111. He is behaving improperly and threating women and senior citizen. I dont know his name. However i know he is only person who cant speck properly. His behaving is getting worst. Need action.

KMC garbage collector cum sweeper of the area 48 block swiss park near Charu Market, Ravindra Sarovar metro area ask for extra money to pick up leaves and twigs left after KMC pruned a tree near Medline Nursing home. They also do not sweep footpaths or clean dog ###. Is sweeping footpaths and collecting garbage left after tree pruning outside the scope of their work? Are citizens required to pay extra for that apart from paying taxes? This is rainy season now. Cleanliness is important to prevent dengue, malaria. Please resolve the issue and help. We are the residence of rabindra pally, vivekananda path nimta, opp of satyen pally, where we are facing a lot nuisance and hygiene issue. Our neighbor have a dog with black colour and it is speech, where the owner of the dog does not let his dog eat any thing at night, and the dog cries all over the night. Also he keeps his dog standing in the hot sun in the morning, i'm sending a video of the back side of the house where the dog is tied, right now he is still crying

Please help us to protect the dog from this kind of owner

Throughout the whole night, there are many dogs roaming on the 07 no streets. They bark loudly all the night which disturbs our sound sleep and they make all the streets dirty and every home side and bad smell comes out through out the every day. I have not seen reckless stray dogs ever they can attack anyone anytime. And also they are doing toilet in side our home.
Please look into this matter and i request to you should send some dog catchers in and clear all them off.

There is a street dog in my building which stays all the time on stairs, ### and spreading mess all over. Moreover, he is infectious and smells a lot. This is causing infection to us as well.

We tried several ways to get rid of him, but it was not possible.

I would therefore request you to catch this dog and take him away.

Sir there is one illegal iron grill manufacturing factory operating in full swing at the ground floor of the residential building i live in.. It is causing huge noise and air pollution.. Poisonous gases are being entering into my flat and already 1 person at the neighborhood has come in for lung cancer and is under chemotherapy.
Also during examination periods heavy cutting of iron by way of banging with sledge hammer takes place causing severe disturbance.

Dear Sir

There is an illegal saree manufacturing unit set up at 34 orphanganj road khidderpore Kolkata 700023.
The work happens 24*7 all night long and there is absolutely no precaution taken. No fire license, no rules followed no nothing. they keep the doors open all night long and heavy machinery is operational.
This is very serious as it has made our lives a livinng hell.

Please take action as it is ridiculous and absolutely unlivable.

I am a resident of ward 110. My address is 100/1/a srirampur road (North), garia, kolkata 700084. Throughout the whole day, there are many dogs roaming on the streets. They not only bark loudly all the night which disturbs our sound sleep but also attack innocent passersby. Yesterday my daughter was badly bitten by a pack of dogs and had to be given anti-rabies vaccine. I have attached the photos of the wound of dog bite on my daughter's left leg.
Please look after this problem and i suggest you should send some dog catchers in and clear them off.

I am a resident of ward 128 my address is 5A Fakir Para Road, Kolkata 700034, WB Nearest Landmark is Shaw Public School. My mother got bitten by a mad dog today and it was very serious it was bleeding heavily and the dog has bitten around 4-5 people in our area. Please send some catcher and catch the dog as there is a school nearby and it is not at all safe for us to go out.
