This has with reference to my earlier complaint dated 10th december, 2018. I am the caretaker of 6, k. S. Roy road, kolkata 700001 and my mobile numbers are [protected] and [protected].in my above complaint i stated that round the clock many dogs roaming on the ground floor of the above premises. This become a problem for whole of the advocates of hon'ble calcutta high court and many other employees attached to them. I once again request you to look after this problem and i suggest you should send some dog catchers in and clear off immediately. Please treat this as urgent.

Hello municipal corporation of kolkata,

I am a resident of "shapoorji pallonji sukhobrishti housing complex", action area iii, newtown, kolkata, west bengal 700135. Recently there has been a sharp increase in the number of street dogs in our locality. One of my family member got bitten by steet dog 3 days back. When i went to the doctor, already 3 people were sitting there for dog bite case.in 1 evening 3 cases of dog-bite. You can imagine the scenario. Now we have to think 10 times if we want to go for a walk in the society. I would like to request the authorities to kindly take an action regarding this.

I am getting mental stress due to some stray dogs in my street. These dogs repeatedly tear my scooter seat. This has happened more than five times. I am unable to park my scooter in my parking space within building premises.

I want the stray dogs catching squad to come and catch those dogs. Please help me on this issue. Now the dogs are targeting my car covers and various other objects kept on the ground floor of the building

This become a problem for whole of staffs and officers of this building. Please look after the problem and i suggest that you should send some dog catchers and clear them off. The children who use to play in the evening are now very much scared. I would like to request the authorities to kindly take an action...

I would like to request the authorities to kindly take a necessary action regarding this.

I am a resident of 7e/12 unit no. - 5, south eastern railway, b. N. R., ps - westport, ward no.- 80, kolkata - 700043, of kolkata municipal corporation. Recently there has been a sharp increase in the number of street dogs in our locality. We are facing all sorts of trouble starting from dirty roads to cases of dog bites. I would like to request the authorities to kindly take an action regarding this.

The number of street dogs in the jorsanko locality has gone up. They have become a menace. Apart from the filthiness they cause, they try to chase people in the day time. Even more bothersome is their disturbance every night. Around 1 am each night they start fighting and howling. Thus continues all through the night till dawn. It has become difficult for people, especially the sick and elderly to sleep soundly. Kindly do something about this.

Our area has become very much populated by lots of dogs and they are also breeding like crazy and always polluting the area by their poops and non stop bickering and barking day and night. It has become very uneasy to live in this kind o[censored]nhealthy environment.

Requesting municipality to send dog catcher to remove all the dogs from the area.

I am sukanya debnath, resident of j-15, banerjee para, mali bagan, kamdahari, garia, kolkata-700084. There are so many street dogs in front of my house. They shout the whole night and we cannot sleep. Kindly help us and send some dog catchers. We work in private companies and we have a lot of pressure the whole day, and cannot sleep at night due to so many loud barking dogs in front of my house. The whole night these dogs barks.

I am a resident of 122, shkb sarani jawpur road, cable bari kolkata 74 of kolkata municipal corporation. Recently there has been a sharp increase in the number of street dogs in our locality. We are facing all sorts of trouble starting from dirty roads. And every night dog barking continue. I would like to request the authorities to kindly take an action regarding this.

One of the most prime and posh locality kankurgachi/phoolbagan is full of dirt and garbage thrown all over the roads. There are no footpaths to walk on as all have been occupied by illegal shops and vendors. So much of pollution and garbage that it's become impossible to walk and stay in this area. No dustbins at all. And all house garbage is thrown open on the roads which are not picked up by anyone. There is no space to walk as all have been occupied by small road side restraunts, vendors, vegetable fruit sellers. Its so polluted that we cough all the year around. Allvthe garbage is on the roads with no maintenance anywhere. It's become worse than burrabazar or howrah whereas we pay so much of taxes and everything. We are getting no living standards from the government.in small bylqnes there are both side parkings ehich makes it even worse to commute. There are illegal big vans and trucks parked all over. Hardly one side cars can pass. Its so saddening when we cities like indore and then we see kolkata. Pls take immediate action.

I am a resident of kabardanga more ward number 142. It’s been around 10 days that 2 strays dogs have been coming inside the campus of our house and creating trouble. Recently these dogs have been fighting with our own pet dog (It’s an indian breed) who is well vaccinated and creating a havoc in our house. It has become extremely difficult for us to even step out of the house as they are continuously fighting outside our main gate and chasing us when are trying to save our dog or step outside. We have spoken to our local authorities but the complaints have been in vain. It happens to be that one of the street dogs belongs to a neighbor and we have spoken to them also but they did not pay a heed to our complaints too. Day in and day out the dogs have been coming and barking and littering our campus. We cannot sleep at night because of the barks and can neither be at peace during the day time. I would be obliged if you can send a dog catcher and take care of the dogs as soon as possible.

We, the residents of 995/1 jessore road, amarpally, sudip radio gali near janata guest house getting very low supply of water from last one year which is creating a daily problem. We a buying water on daily basis, whereas the tap near janata guest house on the road side does not have any system and water gets wasted daily three times. Sir already we put forwarded this issues several times but not action yet. Still we are suffering from this problem. Please look into the matter and as soon as possible take some actions to increase the flow of water in our building

I'm the residence of 8 ganguly lane kolkata ward no 22, p. S. Posta. I hereby want to lodge a complaint against mr. Pradip kr. Modak (Goutam) who is running agarbatti manufacturing unit in the same premises. They have two open cemented tanks. They never clean the tanks and which results in a problem of water logging in our premises. For the last two consecutive years, i suffered from malaria even my wife was affected with dengue. Other members of the house was even affected from malaria.
Even after weekly visits of kmc workers and their continuous guidance nothing have changed. The mosquitoes are increasing day by day. I had already logged a complaint verbally to the nearest kmc booth.
I stay with my family and is extremely scared to get affected again.

I am a resident of 121/4v maniktala main road, kolkata - 700054. There has been sharp increase in the number of street dogs in our locality. The dogs are creating a lot of menace in the area. The road have become dirty and they even chase vehicles specially bikes. It has become very difficult to travel at night. Recently, my mother was going to purchase flower for morning puja from the market in the morning. Suddenly, two dogs jumped on my mother and she fell and got hurt badly in the spine. Doctor has prescribed her complete rest for two months.

Would request to kindly send dog catching unit to our locality. As it is winter season, the number of dogs will again increase due to dogs giving birth to the new ones.

I am a resident of ward no - 123 under kolkata municipal corporation. Two street dogs are suffering unknown disease. I cannnot understand the exact status of those dogs. They are located at near jagrihi club, behala chowrasta, biren roy road (East).

You are requested to give a look on this matter and take immediate action as early as possible.

I am living in 44/h/2, benia pukur lane kol-14. Today while i was coming from ofc, a stray dog bite me and tore my ofc bag and uniform. Early morning they ate my neighbour pets. This is ridicules. I want you people to take strict action or else it will be too late. Sometime children are afraid to go out to play because of them. It is becoming more problem who often come at 3-5am. I think its not save to walk around in my area. Not only one dog but i think all of them should be removed from area. I request you to take them away or else it will happen.

I am a resident of bhatenda (East), rajarhat. Near about 50 dogs are creating nuisance in our locality. They have snatched our sleep and it has been happening for a week. I am an animal lover. But i also can not handle this disburbance. Because they have got ferocious.
Therefore, i beg to you, please do something. Please send your dog catcher squad as soon as possible because they are making our lives miserable.

We are residents of 55 gariahat raod, kolkata 700019 for the past several months we are suffering from the stray dog menace. Dogs has occupied our building passage at our 1st floor lobby. And stair corridor

Our school going children and visitors are greatly inconvenienced. The children are afraid to climb the stairs.

Do help us in the matter immediately.
