There is an increasing number of stray dogs in our vicinity in ward no 97, k. M. Naskar road, kolkata -700040 particularly before our building at 50e, k. M. Naskar road, kol-700040, that appears menacing for elderly citizens like us. The numbers are likely to increase since they have not been sterilized for birth control. Unless suitable action is taken to remove them, our lives may appear miserable.

Please do the needful urgently.

The dogs even chase children causing fear among the children of the society. Elderly people fear to venture out after sunset for fear of chasing dogs. This is to inform you that, my self Biplab Das I live in 75, Ramkrishnapally Nimta, p-s & p-o - Nimta, Kolkata-700049.
From a long time I have complaint about illegal construction of my neighbor Mr. Shambhu Manna, he didn't have any building plane after all he have build his house on my passage, he is less bother about municipal rule. I have repeatedly request him to make my land clear but he blocked my front passage and side passage illigaly.
I have complained about the same from a long time to the North Dum Dum municipality regarding this, they have call both o[censored]s and after investigation it's proved that he have made a illegal Construction and in front of all council members Chairman of North Dum Dum municipality decided that Mr. Shambhu Manna have to move, I have municipality Order copy also(NDDM/PWD/2922) date of notice is 8/9/2018 but still no action was taken.
Sir I am suffering from a long time they have forcefully tottering us and make our daily life difficult Please take the necessary action on an urgent basis.

Sir,

My self Salim Box mondal, holding no 128/2 Sibachal road, Kolkata-49. I would like to draw your attention regarding unauthorised construction east side of my premises.

I am the local inhabitants of the said area of holding no 128/2, Sibachal road, Kolkata -49.

My neighbor Mr Jainal mondal and his son Mr.Jabbar ali Mondal started to devlop his property without any sanction plan from the local authorities and without leaving mandatory space as provided under the law and also used very low quality building materials.

After my first complaint reported to municipality on 11.02.21 the PWD department officials visited and examined the area, incomplete documents of the developer.After that the PWD officer order to developer that to stop the work verbally and report municipal office with complete documents like sanction plan etc.

In the mean time Mr. Jabbar ali Mondal continuing the construction work without proper permission and disobey the oder of PWD officer/ Municipality.

Again I have already informed the above activities of the developer to our municipality P.W.D department who is looking ward number 24 via letter and I have not received any positive response from municipality against the developer.

I am requesting you to please look into this matter and I prayed to take immediate action against the person responsible and stop the further construction/ demolish the illegal area of the construction accordance with the north Dum Dum Municipality act.

My self Amitabh Bhattacharya, holding no 1015 Naskar Bagan, Kolkata-55.
I would like to draw your attention regarding unauthorised construction on the back side of my premises.
With developer they built a resident flat without concerned the rules which generally maintained to keep the open space surrounding from starting they encroached the open space which generally needs to vacant as per the rules.

I have requested and informed the above activities of the developer but I have not received any positive response from the developer.

I am requesting you to please look into this matter and I prayed to take immediate action against the person responsible and stop the further construction/ demolish the illegal area of the construction accordance with the South Dum Dum Municipality act.

Some dogs already identified as mad by the locality people.

Our school going children and visitors are greatly inconvenienced.

I am a resident of sodepur brick field road. And we have a big problem due to loud barking of street dogs at night. They use to get inside the premises during night and start barking loudly and causing regular disturbance of our sleep. Kindly take necessary steps to catch this dogs and remove them from our area. Particularly one dog is creating a big problem. One of my neighbor has a sanitary hardware godown and he is keeping things outside his godown in such a way that the particular dog can easily get inside his premises and start barking just under my window. We requested the person to remove his things but he is adamant that he is keeping it within his premises and will not remove them.

There is horrible mosquitoes spreading in north purbachal schhol road area kolkata-78. Even at midnight we can't open window. Dozens and dozens of mosquitoes enters if we open it. Kindly spray any strong chemical or solution to save us. We really afraid of spreading dengue soon in this area.

I have seen in maharastra they spray smoke at evening and it helps. Kindly do something.

With due respect we the residents of v-1/5/1, garia, kamdahari, gostotala would like to state that it is getting extremely difficult to survive in our locality, the reason being certain activities performed by a bunch of people. A sort of meat & fish slaughter and distribution house has been setup occupying next to my house. But this arrangement is hampering the aesthetics of our locality. This problem is growing and there is no remedy to avoid or control the foul smell and the increasing number flies and mosquitoes due to wastes that are being deposited in the local drains.
Even the wastes after slaughtering the meat and fish are not disposed properly.
This situation will in long run result in a spread of epidemic like dengu, maleria, cholera etc, in our locality.
We even tried to mutually sort out the situation but that results in tremendous misbehaviour from the godown owner and even they threaten us of damaging our own property and even damage to our life.
Thus it is our humble request that you take this issue under consideration and provide us with effective alternative to shutting down the arrangement, as we do not wish to cause hindrance to anyone's way of earning a living. At the same time also consider that it is hampering our daily comfort due to this rude behavior from slaughter house owner and workers.

Roads and lanes are blocked by the shop owners infact all works on road and thier shops are there just for pujas. From 4 am morning loading and unloding of noisy trucks starts and it continues through out the day.. They have the changed the defination of shop. Hardly any space for ambulance to pass. Pankaj jaiswal mangal shaw durga shaw and many others works on road. Their offices runs on roads. Area is located 123/2 apc road near new paul dhaba maniktala bazar.

This happens during the day also. There are people who are sick in few apartments and due to lack of rest they had to be admitted in hospitals. I request the concerned authority to take this up seriously and get rid of the stray dogs asap. Please do not bypass this complaint as just another complaint of stray dogs. Since march last year (2017), we are suffering from acute shortage of water. Till now (Feb, 2018) we made 10 nos. Complaints to the grievance cell of kmc. We also gave feedback to the mayor but no improvement of the water supply was noticed. To meet our needs we have so far purchased 69 no. Water tanker @rs450/- per tanker. This problem started after two multi-storied buildings started constructing in the lane. It is funny that we are purchasing water tankers to meet our needs but big constructions are being carried out without purchase of water tankers.
Administration has no urge to look in to our problem.

We are residents of ward no 112 naskarpara, roynagar, bansdroni, kolkata-700070 under kolkata municipal corporation. The house numbers being respectively-41/5, 41/6, 41/4, 41/3, etc and many others of the lane.

We are facing lots of problems due to enormous increase in number of stray dogs in the region. These dogs are creating too much problem in terms of barking at night & also getting in housing premises. Few are becoming quite dangerous and are biting passersby every now & then.

The dogs not only bark all the time but also chase children please send a dog catcher squad in this area as the stray dogs are making it very difficult to live in our houses.
The problem is gradually becoming serious as the dogs are chasing children playing in the lane, they may get bitten any time. Already 10-12 persons are victims.

Please sir arrange for removing these dogs from our locality as early as possible.
Especially a black, left eye blind dog one which has become fatal. The problem is day by day increasing, how long will it take to solve it? Please help immediately.
