failure in online transaction.

I have checked KMC website and it is still showing the amount as
unpaid. Please see the details below.

1. How two nos. of Property Tax Bills had been generated against one and same Property?
2. How different Street Names have been printed ion the Property Tax Bills for one and same Property?
3. How different outstanding dues were calculated and claimed one and same Property?
4. Why demand had been raised to pay Property Tax Bill for Street Name 129 DAKSHIN BEHALA ROAD as I have been paying Property Tax Bill for Street Name 4 DAKSHIN BEHALA ROAD ?

On 21/04/16 residents of 1/a &!/c khanpur road, kol-47submitted complaint to the executive engineer, building department, borough-x, k. M. C, tollygunje, regarding violation of sanctioned plan no.[protected]G+3) which to be caused permanent sufferings to adjoining neighbors for construction work that was going at 1/d, khanpur road, kol-700047. Engineers from borough-x visited the site and instructed the concerned developer to dismantle the un-authorized extended structure but the developer did not bother to pay any heed and willfully violated sanctioned plan for their specific gain. Such deliberate attitude to violate building rules of k. M. C. Is possible only if there remains any understating between k. M. C. Officials and developer. Later on complaint was sent to the chief minister, west bengal & chief justice, kolkata high court (Copy enclosed as ready reference). To tackle the situation, k. M. C. Authority suddenly lodged f. I. R. No.218 dated 21/06/2016 on the basis of which one s. I. From netajinagar p. S. Came on the spot and instructed to stop construction work till the p. S. Case no is resolved. It is pertinent to mention here that rule no.62 of k. M. C building rules (Copy enclosed as ready reference please) along with amendments therein is specific as required clearance in four sides are clearly mentioned there. Complainants were called for attending hearing on 16/08/2016 before the dy. Chief engineer (Building)-ii as hearing officer and hearing held in their presence but no order against such hearing is yet to be issued in spite of several persuasions, correspondences and physical visits by the complainants. (Copy enclosed as ready reference please). Sri susanta mondal, s. I. Of netajinagar p. S. Submitted charge sheet showing this unauthorized construction may lead to severe hazards like : fire, disruption of drainage & water supply & congesting which may lead to loss of human life too. (Copy enclosed as ready reference please). On the basis of charge sheet, summons were issued by 4th metropolitan magistrate court of k. M. C on 31/12/2016 directing the complainants to attend his court on 20/01/2017 for submission of material evidences. (Copy enclosed as ready reference please). Accordingly all the complainants along with the undersigned attended the court of 4th metropolitan magistrate on 20/01/2017 when complainants were told that submission of material evidences by witnesses have been expunged as the case has already been regularized and attending complainants were told to go back as there remains no further scope to take any further step against such un-authorized construction at the said premises. This seems to be nothing but planned attempt to humiliate complainants and can be considered violation of article 226 of indian constituency as no copy of expunging witnesses stands issued from the court of magistrate which seems to be pre-planned and motivated to establish as eye wash. On 20/01/17, one complaint was registered through online grievance registration website of k. M. C vide docket no. P86402016 showing “your complaint has been registered successfully submission date:-20/01/2017”. (Copy enclosed as ready reference please). On 09/05/2017 during searching about present status of the complaint docket no. P86402016 through the said online grievance registration website, where it shows as follows “no complaint found” name of complainant as ok. (Copy enclosed as ready reference please) as the construction work has been resumed by the developer, it is apprehended that there remains every possibility of planned mental and physical assault of the complainants

Four gully pits infront of 16/2P, 16/2E, 16/2F, Ballygunge Station Road are non functional for the past 4 years because of constructions in the above mentioned areas. The construction of the houses are over. The road is undulatingcausing people to topple over, waterlogging in a shower of about 7 minutes etc are causing immense difficulty in the locality. Please be kind enough to clean and open the gully pits.
This is not a complaint but a request.

Dear sir,

For your information on dtd 28.04.2017, four people come to home for measurement of my house for tax calculation purpose but this time i am not in my home and my wife is sick due to this reason they are not measuring my house.

My wife request to come another day but problem is that today (05.05.2017) morning our ex counsellor mr. Prasanta mondal come my home and very badly behave me and threat me why they are not enter my house for measurement purpose i share the reason but says i stop your constriction work in our 1st floor.

I have plan sanction from maheshtolla municipality.

This type of behaviours not at all accepted from political person.

I have done my KMC property tax using debit card through Bill desk for KMC, 2017. My amount has been debited from United Bank of India but not credited to KMC. This is the second occasion on which it happened. I have been given the transaction ID and the response code. The bank has informed that the amount has been debited from my account. on KMC website, however, it is shown that the amount is not paid.

There are many street dogs around 15 of them, in our locality, they are always fighting amongsts themselves and getting hurt. They are extremely noisy, throughout the night they are shouting and disturbing our precious rest time.
Would request if they can be taken off and given proper shelter.

The promoter sk afroz is illegally constructing an additional floor at 23dn ambedkar sarani 4th floor. Ps topisa kolkata 700046.
While the sanctioned plan is only g+3. The promoter sk afroz us constructing g+4 which is illegal. The top 4th floor is still being constructed since the existing building structure is not so strong and it is only g+3 plan and it cannot bear the extra load the building may collapse damaging the lives of the residents. It requested to get stopped the illegal construction and save the lives please take necessary action

Respected Sir/ Madam,

We are resident/Locals of Brick Field Lane, Topsia, Kol-39, ward no-66. Our plight is unhygienic roads/Lanes which invites many garbage borne diseases. In our area the street garbage are not cleared daily and whenever we asked to clear the garbage, the sweeper says, the garbage-truck will come and take away the waste. The road is littered at two ends occupying half of the road width. We tried to contact the area supervisor, but we could not able to find him ever. I request to the appropriate authority to look into the matter and help our area clear of trash and direct to clean by seeping at least twice a day. We also urge the authority to keep trash bins at the dumping positions or please make it mandate for the locals to put garbage in the hand drawn cart pulled by the sweeper every morning.

Sir

I would like to bring to your kind notice the miserable condition of roads in my locality, Darga Road, Kolkata-700017.

The roads in this area are broken at many places. There is no smooth run for the transport. Though some maintenance work is being carried every now and then but the condition of road is still the same or even worse. The repair which is work in progress has got the road vertically uneven. While crossing the road if anyone trips, there will be fewer chances of him surviving as there is always heavy traffic coming from both ways. It's really a pain for pedestrians.

I request you to get the roads constructed/repaired before anyone meets a tragic accident.

1) We have been in trouble with the increase in the number of street dogs. Almost daily we have started clean our lawn and lane for these dog's habit of pooping here and there at the clean place.
What kind of solutions we can expect from you.

2) Corporation Garbage Taker, better to say 'Green Bulti' system are not ready to accept Sanitary Napkins, Wastage Cotton used in medical treatment, Baby diapers. They only take disposable garbage and clean plastics. It makes fun sense regarding the services by Municipal Corporation of Kolkata in suburban area.
Take some steps please to make India clean.

Dear Sir, this is to complain on behalf of residents of 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71 Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road. Kolkata 16, Ps Park Street, ward no63. Around a year back, parking of commercial vehicles have been started on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road. We have no complaints about it but recently some small trucks have started parking in front of our residential colony blocking almost half the way. If we object, they arrogantly say that they have monthly payment system with the police. We request the concerned department to look into the matter. We request the department to spare just our entrance of their monthly system. We have no problem for the entire road but we request to keep our residential entrance neat and free.

Dear sir/madam I kindly request you to send a dog catcher in our area as there is a dog who is creating trouble for all the residents in our building. He is living in our complex and bites and chases us. It is very dangerous for us to live like this. Please I request you to take some action.

I beg to inform you that there are number of stray dogs who are creating nuisance every time.. some of them are deadly and infectious and always sits in the 1st floor dark passage of my house. And sometimes even come to bite. There are many children playing outside but they became frightening of such dog children are so frightened of such dog that they neaver go outside to play or for any purpose so Kindly plz arrange a team to take them away from our locality. I am a resident of ward no 89 of Kolkata Municipal Corporation, near Dhaka Kalibari & CESC Office.Near my house, a pack pf street dogs roam around, bark and do all the nuisances round the clock. They disturb us through out the night every day. We are totally fed up with these unwanted disturbances.

I request the concerned department of KMC to take up the necessary action by sending a dog catcher squad immediately to keep away these street dogs from our area.

i am living in jagubazar near bhawanipur. my adress is 2A, 2nd floor Abhishek Appartment, 8/1b, chakraberia road (south). this raod is started from desbandhu market to pudupokkar road. Around 20 street dogas are on this road and very disturbing to us at night. they all are barking one by one whole night and due to that we are not able to sleep properly. this is my humble request to you please doing some urgent step on it and doing needful from your end.

I would like to complain about three fully - grown dogs living in the building premises since they were pups. They have been fed by a few people in our building, but they have made life in the building difficult.
The three dogs, as I have mentioned, are fed by some people in our building, get rubbish from outside and then come and dump it in their home - our building. For example, I usually find packets of rotten and stinking vegetable, dead mice etc. And that's not all. They urinate on the floors of the building, and excrete near the water tank too. Also they have snatched shoes and slippers belonging too us and guests down the stairs and destroy them completely. They leap on each and every guest who enters the premises. All the garbage they get in the premises is becoming a nuisance. The premises stinks. My husband is an esteemed doctor and often brings patients to the house, and I cannot even explain how embarassed he has to be. All I want is the lady who feeds the dogs do so while keeping in check the maintainance of hygiene of the building premises. She picks up a fight with us every time we objects to the hygiene conditions and claims that we are only exaggerating the situation. Not only this but she threatens us that she will file a case against us. As you have already understood, we cannot ignore the problem as we have coped with it too long.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and cooperation.
