Myself Abhijit Bakshi residing at 23/45 Gariahat Road, kol-29, ward no-90 near City college. In our area the street garbage are not cleared properly and whenever I asked to clear the garbage located on the footpath, the sweeper said, the lorry will come and take the solid waste. I tried to contact the area supervisor, but I could not able to find him ever. In front of my house the footpath is also not even and blocked. I requested to the appropriate authority to take care about the matter and help our area clear and clean by seeping at least twice a day.

I am a resident of 48 Mcleod Street, Ward no.61, Kolkata - 17 of Kolkata Municipal Corporation. Recently there has been a sharp increase in the number of street dogs in our locality. We are facing all sorts of trouble starting from dirty roads to cases of dog bites. I would like to request the authorities to kindly take an action regarding this.

Respected sir/ma'am,
This is to inform you that with the consent of the municipal corporation of kolkata, two mobile towers have been installed side by side over an apartment, no: b-22, atabagan garia. Due to these two towers all our appliances in the neighbourhood are getting damaged everytime there is a thunder storm as the earthing done is very poor. Despite complaining, the corporation has not taken a single action against the installers nor they have taken any measures till date. Moreover this two tower has been installed in a totally residential area.

It is our earnest request if this matter is solved at the earliest and we would expect the removal of these two towers from the neighbourhood.

Please note that in the following 3 locations, there is continuous and tremendous leakage of water through the safety valve. None of the residents have noticed/cared to report the matter.

1. Right in front of garfa water tank near to water supply point (Location of garfa sarbojanin durgostav), garfa main road, kolkata-700075.

2. At about 100metres distance of the abovementioned location, there is the same leakage problem which needs to be addessed.

3. Right opposite to garfa sitala mandir (Roadside of garfa main road) the water supply valve shows tremendous water leakage.

Please note the following issue and ensure speedy addressal. As a responsible citizen, i feel it is my duty to notify the authorities before kolkata faces a looming water crisis.

Our locality has many street dogs and its number is increasing at an alarming rate. They bark whole night and chase people from Quest mall to broad street(shamshul huda road). There are plenty of dogs in this locality who are showing abnormal behavior these days. At night it is really difficult to cross the lane and reach home as around 6-7 dogs appear chasing and about to bite. I am really scared of the situation as today morning they have attacked one person in my neighborhood. Please take necessary action and send a dog catcher squad in that area as soon as possible as they are danger to the society now

Hello Team,

I was in Gariahut on 17/08/2016 for shopping and parked the car under Gariahut bridge under parking area . Anyways they are charging double for puja bonus .

After some time I came to store shopping bag and that time the car was fine .

But when I came after 3 hours for taking my car back the car's windshield was damaged due to some heavy falls .

But people are totally denied there... This is totally harassment by them . I was not able to arguing with them because they were in a group. My car no : WB06M4903.
I was wondering is there any CC TV footage so I can prove there fault .

The said illegal and authorized construction shall cause extreme deterioration of law and order in the locality and shall cause various accidents. The said illegal and unauthorized construction has been proceeding without following the building rules and regulation and other safety norms. No proper foundation and no technical guidance of K.M.C. engineers are been followed for construction of the building. The said construction is very dangerous and at any moment any serious accident may occur causing loss of lives and property.

Recently there has been high influx of street dogs in our area and it has become very dangerous to come across so many dogs around us on daily basis. These dogs are making nuisance almost everywhere, damaging vehicles and other properties lying outside and sometimes even attacking children. My request to kmc to arrange sending dog squad team to catch those street dogs.

In the same road we have the tiljala post office its also submerged.

The area around 21 p naskar lane, picnic garden road, kol - 39 is lower than surrounding area. Repeated request raise the road height also has not happened.

Kmc engineers have also voiced same concern...

I have a complaint about road drainage system. Please, take a look over the ramesh mitra road bhowanipur that several area of bhowanipur are suffering from high water logging during rain for ages and ages and the worst part is when ganges water comes from the drains during high tides.. It is affecting our building our lives we cant step out of house, for jammed drainage system the water cann't be cleared properly and making a acciedental prone situation. Not at all, it should be a unhealthy situation if any insect, any small animal or any reptile bite someone. Please look over the situation as soon as possible and give us a clean and healthy city. People also dont come to open the manhole.

Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that the Devendra Nagar-507/04 Jessore Road Kolkata-700074 in front my own land (which is under to construction) some unauthorizedly / illegally occupied / captured / encroached on public road due to which it is creating various problems for all people.
It is hard to run vehicle on the road of said area. Roads and pavements are public property but the shopkeepers had covered/taken in their control of more than 95% footpath of the total road area. Now a days and almost every day there is a situation of huge quarrel amongst the general public.
There is no possibilities for any emergency vehicles like ambulance, fire engine can enter into this root because due to encroachment. Some of the people of this road are occupied the road side.
Also there is no footpath for pedestrians to walk and thus they have to walk on the road which is meant for automobiles .It is also inconvenient for the people.
I hope you will react to place and responsibility will be fixed and encroachment will be removed at the earliest .

I reside at the prantik apartment on prince anwar shah road (ward 94). 90 percent of the residents of this building are senior citizens including heart or cancer patients. We are facing a problem o[censored]nbearable "noise pollution" due to the loading and unloading of gas cylinders encroaching footpath by the kisore gas.
Kisore gas is an authorized gas distributor of ioc. They have shown their registered godown somewhere else. But instead o[censored]sing their godown, they encroach the footpath adjacent to our building plot, park their two huge lorries full of loaded gas cylinders on the footpath and continue their gas distribution service from there. Apart from the two lorries, they park several gas carts on the road leading to road blockage all throughout the day. Moreover, the loading and unloading of gas cylinders from lorries on to the carts create extreme noise pollution through out the day which is detering peaceful living in the locality.
It is an observation that before the pujas all footpaths of our adjacent area have been renovated and coloured by the kmc. But the mentioned part of the footpath has been kept untouched by the kmc engineer. Later it came to our knowledge that the kisore gas authority has restructured the mentioned part of the footpath according to their own convenience and at their own cost. We being the citizens and tax payers are questioning this autonomy on part of the kisore gas in front of the eyes of the prestigious kmc.
This is an appeal to the kmc to take necessary action to stop this encroachment of footpath to free it for the pedestrians and making the area congenial for peaceful living.

Dear KMC

I like to put a light on same issue which is going in ward no43 and 44.
In this area 3 school are coverd and and is the busy area in which illegals of parking are been running by the person name Wakar all commercial vehicle and big trucks of very heavy load vehicle used to park there for loading and unloading.

In that time lots of small kids pass for they school and small vehicle run on road and no space for small vehicle to pass so what happen most of the time entire street get jam and we all get suffered for this .

The parking person with local support do his ruling in that area .If any one stand he thread them that I pay KMC, local police and ward consular are with me don't know how fact this are.

My request is please look into this issue if the parking is allotted it should be for a small vehicle not for a truck and commercial vehicle .

All small kids and senior citizen and woman pass for they safety please cancel the wakar parking licence and issue same other parking agents.

I am resident of ward no. 99 and facing rigorous problem with the stray dogs. The numbers have ascending like any thing. The roads are getting dirtier and even sleeping at night has become a nightmare. There are at least more then 12-15 dogs in this area and surroundings. There are lot of senior citizens residing in this area and their sleeping is hampered all the time because of these stray dogs. Please consider this issue and help us from the given situation.
