Subject: Demolition / Removal o[censored]nauthorized construction on the Common Space since 2004 at Premises no. P-66B, Senhati Colony, P. S. Behala, Kolkata – 700 034 under KMC Ward no. 116. Dear Sir, We have the honour to state as follows: That under a registered conveyance deed dated 02.12.2004 Mr. Siddhartha Mukherjee and Mr. Saumitra Mukhopadhyay have become the owners and occupiers of Flat no. A-2, North – East facing on the 2nd floor at Premises no. P-66B, Senhati Colony corresponding to P-14, Senhati Colony, Kolkata – 700 034, appertaining to C. S. Dag no. 87, Kh. No. 67 in Mauza Mamudpur, under ward no. 116 of K.M.C together with proportionate share in the land of said Premises, together with the right o[censored]ser of common space in or about the said building for the beneficial enjoyment of said flat. That despite strong protest from myself, Mr. Milan Roy and Ms Rina Saha, present Owner, (Prevoius owner was Mr. Srikrishne Jana) have fixed GRILL GATES, in 2004, across the said common passage / space just at the threshold of respective entrance gates to their respective ground floor flats with ulterior motive and thereby they have violated the provision of building rules and have caused inconvenience to myself and other flat owners in the user of the said common space. That despite the verbal order of Assistant Engineer on 22/02/2006 to them, in response of my letter dated 12.01.2006 to you, for the removal of those two grill gates, they are still enjoying the occupied space of the premises. We made several correspondences to the related authorities of KMC (attached with this letter) for the step to be taken against this violation of the law but no further action has been taken till date. Under the circumstances, we would like to be informed as a tax payer to KMC, through official letter whether these two grill gates fixed by those two owners on the covered area of our premises are legal or illegal because we are knocking at the door of KMC since 2006 without any result till date. Monsoon season are ahead. In our locality the Corporation dust-bin for garbage is missing for many days. Lots of written complain were made in head office, but till date no action is taken. Water logging happen if its rain for 10 minutes heavily. Foul smell and mosquitoes problem prevail. Despite of all no proper action is being taken. Area come under 24 South Pargans, Lamp post no 58/12 (Sri dhar roy road kolkata -700039).

Address- 28 Hem Chandra Naskar Road, Kolkata-700010, Beliaghata. Its a 2 storied old residential building, 6-7 shops are there in front of the house...Among them 2 are sweet manufacturing shops...NAMED- SARADA MISHTANNYO BHANDAR..They also acquired a 8*6 room without any window where they stored all the water for manufacturing sweets almost 250-300 litre per day, cleaning utensils, sometimes making sweets by using fires(which is totally unhygienic), and 6-10 workers sleeping at night (so chance of carbon monoxide accidents)..sometime they keep under 18 boys there for cleaning utensils and manufacturing of sweets..but they don't have any commercial water supply, they taking all the water from the residential tank, so 5 residential flat holders are staying almost without of water... There is almost regular arguments between flat holders and the shop owner but shop owner and his son not taking this matter seriously.. Among two shops they making fried items in one using high fire just few steps away from the meter box of the building...so high chance of fire accidents..Please help..

The drains running in front of our house is choked for the past 6 months. I am a heart patient and it is very unhygenic to stay in this condition. I have raised complaints several times but no one contacted me. this is to inform you, that its quite bad when we see a hospital not looking after the cleanliness and its management, from the last few months i am seeing a bad sewage system of this hospital as i pass by regularly from there, i work there in an office and everyday i see dumped water coming all over the street from this hospital and making the road dirty and actually unhealthy for everyone who walks from there, even the water from the hospital is directly falling into the streets from there airconditioner panel as they do not have a proper piping system for the ac water or you can say the dumped water, there are many reputed school and colleges located in that area where we have whole lots of students passing by daily we even have one of the oldest market of kolkata known as vardaan market, and if we dont take an action early this dirtyness will spread day by day leading to fatal diseases, wood street is concerned as the part of park street and park street is heart of the city of kolkata, so we cant lead this prevailing in the city, as our city is the second best city in india for cleanliness, as declared by our prime minister swacch bharat abhyaan.my deepest plea is to take action against this as early as possible because i am the lover of this city and i want my city to be safe and healthy.please dictate as sooner as possible. thanking you citizens of kolkata

Vide KMC’s AE 0086500 (Copy enclosed) KMC water supply connection has been provided at premises no 102-M Karunamoyee Ghat Road, of the undersigned. But, it is unlikely to bring in your concern, that due to very low water pressure in the area, inadequate supply of water in the premises becomes a regular feature. To meet the daily needs, we are compelled to depend on other source of water ie; purchasing water from local vendors regularly....

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of Maharaja Tagore Road (Dhakuria). The No. of Street Dogs has increased radically and all sort of nuisance has started recently. The dogs are causing a lot of problem to the passer by and also they spill all the dump as well. Please arrange to get the street dogs removed from the area.

I stay in 91/2 dr gs bose road Kolkata . my immediate neighbor has a jackfruit tree whose branch is almost entering my window . it is posing a great threat to me and my children . I stay alone since my husband is posted in delhi . I have visited forest dept met a very senior guy who gave me a gazette which states clearly I can cut off that branch asap . ive also visited local thana, lodged a complain, gdp no 2240 . After repeated request the neighbors refused to cut that branch . Local thana too suggested me to go ahead with local help . Since I stay alone, I could not go ahead with it . My son has very high isonoplil level 1200, normal level is 300 .doctor suggested to keep windows open for fresh air, but I cant . he is asthmatic . please do the needful, as I am unable to see my kids suffer for someone elses tree . A street Dog staying in front of our flat has become ferocious & attempt to go to bite every passer by. Yesterday he bite my uncle dangerously. Z3/313/B/2, naskara para lane, Kolkata -700044 is suffering from a grave water shortage crisis. Many residents do not have even a bucket of water in the morning before going to work. Drinking water too is in short supply for the last one week and the water from the general supply, even when boiled, is not hygienic.


Kindly send your staff to check the water pipe lines which may be blocked and have them cleared.

DURING LAST 6 MONTHS THERE HAS BEEN ACUTE CRISIS OF WATER AT OUR RESIDENCE 173, PARNASREE PALLY, 700060 ..THIS WAS DUE TO SOME PIPELINE CONNECTED BY KMC AND TOTAL DIVERSION OF WATER TO OTHER SIDE HAPPENED . OUR WATER TANK USED TO OVERFLOW BUT DUE TO THIS JOB BEING CARRIED OUT BY KMC, TOTAL PRESSURE DROP CAUSED NO WATER SUPPLY TO OUR HOUSE FOR SO MANY MONTHS TOGETHER .AFTER LOT OF TAKING UP THIS MATTER, KMC DID SOMETHING DURING PUJA AND WE GOT SOME WATER FROM NO WATER SITUATION . Sir/Madam A building is being constructed on the roof of a Delapitated building on a congested thin bylane at 33A Shariff lane kolkata 16. Overruling the local protest they are doing the work day& night to avoid legal action. Dear Sir/Mam, Household wastes and other wastes are thrown in the gully pit beside my house entrance. The pit is considered as dustbin.This is making my house door inaccessible and unhygenic. Due to heavy rains in last couple of days, the areas of Ganganagar & part of Ahalynagar, Kalikapur area is suffering very seriously. I am a resident of Bansori Housing society, where inside complex is also waterlogged for 3 days almost now. Rain water is not able to move out as because the adjoining canals are also full, mainly the canal running beside Madurdaha main road heading upto EM Bypass Please provide immediate remedy to this situation to help the cause of the residents over here, as logged in water may be source of several harmful diseases.. The longed logged water needs to be drained out as soon as possible by clearing the jammed canal ways of the adjoining areas.As we perceive if the water logging continues it may lead to serious health hazards.
