Status shown in kmc website is that our complaint has been attended and an inspection has been done. But what are the findings and what action department is taking to demolish the illegal construction is not mentioned. Earlier also several inspections and department enquiries are done but illegal construction still continues. Who ever comes and inspect don't do anything or files a false reports after getting his share of profit generated our of this illegal construction.

Without KMC and local PS involvement any illegalities is not possible.

Please look into the matter and make the department take immediate action to demolish the illegal construction.

Proof showing KMC violation attached with inspection report by special office appointed by Hon' able High Court

Complaint can only be resolved if KMC and Fire service department takes necessary action against the illegal construction which has invited Fire hazards keeping lives of so many people at stake.

Illegal construction should be demolished for the safety of the people in and around the building.

It has been more than 9 years and illegal construction contineous one after another blocking all the open space in the building with these illegal construction depriving the tenants from natural sunlight and air.

Windows and safety passage are blocked.

No one there to take action only filling their pockets and keeping eyes closed at the cost of so may human lives who are put into danger due to fire hazards invited by this illegal construction

only a 3 feet passage for entry and exit for 3 buildings having height of 25 mts after illegal construction

pls help us in fighting against this corrupted system prevailing in KMC and WB Fire service who are not taking any action since last 9 years
and illegalities continues till date.

What kind of society are we living in where money in more important than human lives

This is to inform you that 8 months have already passed after we received your reply
but no action has been taken to demolish the illegal construction by the Executive Engineer

Now after the high court order no illegal construction can be regularized by the KMC by taking penalty.

What for are the authority waiting?

Are they waiting for one more Stephen House, Mahohar Das Katra, Nandram market etc fire tragedy to take place.

How can an illegal deed be regularized by taking money.

Please take necessary and immediate action.

Hope 9 years is sufficient time for kmc to take action.

Construction in ground floor was in process earlier also at the time of inspection done by the special office appointed by Hon’ble high court and this is also mentioned in the order and report submitted. Now further illegal construction has started on the ground floor beside the main entrance of the building no 35 jamunalal bajaj street, Kolkata 7 and below the stair case.

Dimension of the staircase has been changed from road side approach to inside and also encroaching the only common entrance and exit and reducing it to 3 ft only in violation of the above order. It has also been done in violation of Hon’ble high court order by Hon’ble justice Pranab Kumar Chatopadhaya after demolishing a shop. Photo attached with this email as proof. This is further to inform you that contempt proceeding is also pending before the Honable' court and KMC being a party to the proceedings, instead of taking action to stop further construction and to demolish the illegal construction already done in violation of kmc rules, fire safety rules, without sanction plan and in violation of Hon’ble High court order is regularising some illegal construction for sake of some monetary gains and in presence of a stay order and contempt proceedings from Honable HIgh Court. But for doing demolition they have the excuse of matter being subjudice. In the order Honble justice Girish Chand Gupta even doubted the bonafied intension of KMC.

We all are aware of the corruption prevailing in KMC but now with a hope that TMC under leadership of Mamta Banerjee will not tolerate such corruption we await some effective action.

Once again reminding and requesting you to do something for us to save our live from fire hazards invited due to this illegal construction which is done with the help of antisocial and managing concern department.

Photos were already forwarded to you and a personal visit of your honest team can see them self and judge the situation and danger in which we are being compelled to live because of corruption in department and no one there to stop such illegalities.

Crime and illegalities are done with a mindset that everything is manageable with money and which can be shared out of profit from illegalities and they are not afraid of violating law and order and safety rules which kmc need to follow in sanctioning any construction.

This is further to inform you that one more emergency exit has been closed by putting a collapsible gate
on 2nd floor open veranda adjacent to staircase of 45, jamunalal bajaj street, kolkata -7

landlord is trying to illegally construct and cover the open space by blocking all the window and depriving us from natural sunlight and air.

We have informed you time and again about the same and had stopped for some time but again they are in process of this illegal construction which contentious since last 9 years.

Writ Petition against the same is also pending before the Hon'ble High Court and you are also party to the same. Copy of the same has already been served.

Pls find photos attached as evidence and for your record.

Please take necessary action to remove the gate so that open veranda can be used as exit at the time of emergency. There is no way out in this building if there is Fire as all exists are closed due to illegal construction.

DATTAR MATH, Kolkata 700061.This is to inform you that for about a year the condition of the street in front of our complex is in very bad condition.It often remains waterlogged and the drains are totally blocked.Although the workers are cleaning them but it again gets block after few days.It has been a serious problem and it has now become a breeding place for mosquitos.I request you to do the needful and take corrective action in making the street and drainage in proper condition.

The promoter is doing illegal construction and not at all listening to neighbour&#039;s words. They are not obeying anything of KMC rules and doing extensions and making G+4 building when the road is only 4 ft in width. How can they pass this type of illegal procedures or they are really not obeying KMC at all. We are really socked that these type of activities are going on at Kolkata. The Police also very much reluctant to take any steps against them after repeated complaining. Please take some drastic steps against those Promoters earliest to save our Kolkata. Thanks.

The promoter illegally constructed a Flat in ground floor without obeying KMC Plan whereas G+3 building Plan against 2126A Vidhya Sagar Sarani/ Kol-63.
When he obtain such Plan shown Land instead of old building as a result Plan sanction G+3 instead of G+2. Shown 12 feet road for entrance instead of 8 feet Road.

Am staying away &amp;amp; my family (wife, Paromita Shome 91-[protected] &amp;amp; son, 15 years old) staying in my Kolkata residence. This year I came to know that 35 Prasanna Naskar Lane was sold to a person named Mr Prashanta Naskar ( 91-[protected]) without intimating us (myself nor to my sister). Mr Prashanta Naskar has a business of manufacturing of plastic bags &amp;amp; he is using the premises as a godown which is illegal, risky n hazardous in nature. He is trying to capture our plot &amp;amp; harassing us in all means. In absence of my family during puja holiday Mr Prashanta Naskar illigaly blocked my 2 pre-existing windows raising a wall leaving only an inch space from our premises. As a result our water line also got trapped &amp;amp; no further repair possible as its going between our premises wall &amp;amp; the newly constructed illegal wall built by Mr Prashanta Naskar. I have already informed Commissioner of police, Honourable Chief Minister Madam Mamata Banerjee, Human rights commission &amp;amp; the media. My earnest request is to look after the matter n allow my family to breath fresh air n have healthy n sufficient water supply. Expecting a true support from your side Sir. There is an illegal contruction of an additional floor going on in 2/1 A/H/9 NAWAB ALI LANE, EKBALPORE KOLKATA-700023. This is a 22 to 23 year old one floor building. We all flat owners tell them to stop illegal construction now they are using many local antisocial person to make illegal construction we all also try to stop illegal construction they threaten to all building owners abused to all.
We given a written complain also in Watgung police station but still they have not taken any legal action to stop illegal construction.
The local anti social persons is working with support of local police station and local Ward Councilor.
I request to you please send your investing team and stop illegal construction and safe our building and me to also.
We also going to move for 144 on this premises but before that you take necessary action against that people.

Also a big sound coming when rainfall.Which was I already reported to Asst.Engineer, Building Dept. KMC Ward no; 85, Borough no xviii.Kolkata, and local police station (Gariahat)) on 10.03.2018. But till date my neighbor ( 29.panditia terrace. )not recertified or KMC or from police take care about this matter. Al thought my neighbor use there premises as a light factory.Since it it is a residential area.
My request to the competent authority to resolve my case to give instructions to dismantling the boundary wall and shade.

We the habitats of Debangan, 8/43 Sahidnagar, PO-Haltu, PS-Garfa, Kolkata-700078 would like to inform you that developer/promoter of this building viz. PROGRESSIVE ENTERPRISES represented by its partners viz. (1) Sri Prosenjit Sihi, (2) Sri Arup Bishnu (3) Sri Jayanta Malakar (4) Md. Suleman, all within the District of South 24 Parganas have initiated an illegal and unhygenic construction of a toilet in front of the main entrance of the G+3 storied building. This is not according to the building plan [protected] dated 25.07.2014 sanctioned by KMC, Bourough XII.

The developer/promoter is supposed to construct the toilet at the specified location as per sanctioned plan. But they have deviated the sanctioned plan and kept the said specified place for their own use and shifted the toilet beside main entrance. Inspite of our repeated requests, they do not bother about it.

This kind o[censored]nauthorized construction might lead to our serious health hazard.

Therefore, we would request you to please take necessary action at the earliest to stop this illegal construction and help us to live a healthy life.
