There is continuously scattering of paper, plastics in my area by the rag seller name Bablu.Earlier we have asked him not to do that but he never cares about it.It continuously keeps his plactic bags in front on the Apartment wall and also blocks the the gateway of garage.We all from the apartment request you to take some action and we believe in the corporation.

I would like to inform you that while trying to renew my Trade Licence online, the amount got deducted from my icici bank a/c but this did not get credited to KMC a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked KMC website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. Please see the details below. Request you to investigate from your end and let
me know what action has to be taken from my end.

There is a big pothole on Biren Roy Road west .it's become risky as a lot of bykers fall into that and tumble leading to accidents.

I would like to submit a request to fill that pothole for every ones safety.its not a very big one hence won't require tons of raw materials.

Please try to acknowledge my complain as soon as possible.

There are many street dogs in my area...i m fed up with street dogs in my area ...dy try to bite 2 times my son...n distrb other people in the area ...plz help

This is to inform you that i have done an online transaction of Rs. 3106 for KMC property tax payment of Assesee No.[protected] on 1st july 2021. Amount is debited from my account and a transaction fail message has been displayed. After that i have checked KMC website for update, but there is still showing Tax unpaid message.Kindly solve my issue.

This is to inform you that i have done a payment of Rs.3106 on 1st July 2021 to the Municipal corporation Of Kolkata through Axis bank. But payment has been deducted, but due to timed out of transaction page, a failure message has been displayed.
After that i have checked KMC website but there i have seen "Unpaid" of my property tax.
Need your help on this.

This is V.K Jain, a resident of Karunamoyee Housing Estate, Salt Lake, Kolkata(F-Block). I am writing to you on concern of human safety in our society regarding the over population of stray dogs in our colony .It would be kind for you to relocate the stray dogs as it is a concern for us as when we had several times when they almost bit and they are also not tested Rabies. They also climb up to our homes during nights. It is extremely dangerous for us as we have children at home who are sacred to go down due to this situation. Especially during Covid times when we do not go out to buy essentials, the delivery people are unwilling to enter the housing society since they fear of dogs because they’ve been surrounded by the dogs earlier. During night there are constant barks which do not allow us to have a peaceful sleep. It would be very kind of you to relocate them.

I am Prem Prince residing at B/6 shubash Marg behala airport road Kolkata 700060. In my house there is no supply of water from last 3 days. It has become very difficult to manage things. The possible cause for this would be use of motor in direct state supply connection. I would request you to take appropriate actions as soon as possible conduct audit and deal with issue.

I am Samiran Pramanick, resident of 36/3 Madan Pal Lane Kolkata - 700025, ward no- 71, draw your attention about the fact that at the time of amfan strom a mango tree was dislocated from its place in my house. At that time we informed KMC. The people of came & cut some big branches of that tree & left it in my house, saying that they would take in a week. But they did not come to take it till now. As we don't walk through my house freely & mosquitoes are breeding on that garbage. So I request KMC to take away that garbage from my house.

I have a made of Rs. 5049/- on Dated 21/04/2021 Transaction Reference I'd[protected] Authorisation code 570185 for the Assessee No.[protected] through my credit card but the payment is Deducted from my card attached my card statement and I have not getted any payment received and the is still showing Due in the system So kindly arrange to update the payment or Refund the payment I have emailed so many times to pghelpdesk.com but they have not responded properly

Complained on 08/05/2021 vide complaint no: P 13112021. No action taken though 4 weeks have passed. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

All the gulley pits inside and the road side hinged rectangular strainers fitted on op of the pits on either side of the road (lane) in front our building premises 423 Parnasree Pally, Kolkata 700060, West Bengal, Premises No 77, Road No III, Ward No 131 are fully choked with dried leaves, plastics, sand, mud, and all sorts of debris hindering drainage of the collected rain water causing flooding of the building premises damaging the cars parked inside the garage area, building lift, , electric hazards etc etc .

We request you to arrange for cleaning up all the gulley pits along with the strainers fitted on top of it soonest to prevent further flooding of the premises with the approaching monsoon.

I am a resident of 138, Becharam Chatterjee Road, Behala, Kolkata-700034. The number of street dogs in our neighborhood has always been quite high, but the problem now is the dogs has become too loud, especially at night. They keep on barking loudly throughout the entire night and we have a very disturbed sleep. I request to send a dog catcher to catch these stray dogs and relocate them to a dog shelter or adoption center. We have many elderly people in our neighborhood, so please attend to this request.

There has been a stray sick dog visiting our locality(Alimuddin Street)for the past week.This dog has a disease due to which it has an unbearable smell.At night he comes and sits at the main door of our flat(5A, Alimuddim Street).Due to the blood that his wound sheds and the smell we constantly have to wash the doorsteps of our house.
This has been happening everyday for the past week and its almost unbearable to smell in the area where he sits.

My complaint is regarding water stagnation and unhealthy living conditions in my surrounding area which is a serious health hazard during monsoons....

Not getting water supply for last 3 days in locality balaka, M.G road, Kolkata-700104(Near Thakurpukur Cancer hospital)
Also waterflow is very little and scarce in other days too.

I Ishita Prasad of 338, daspara road, Kolkata -700063, wants to complain about that two of the stray dogs staying in my society, is creating problem in daily basis, they are doing poop in my lawn everyday, and used to bark at night everyday, which is really creating disturbance in my peacful life.
I am also a dog lover but unable to tolerate these things on daily basis .

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Aditya Elegance, 5 Khudiram Bose Sarangi(Mall Road), Kolkata-700080 Near Bhutan House Consulate, DumDum. I along with other residents of my complex are facing regular threat from the stray dogs in my complex and the road outside. We, the food vendors comings for supply and the maids coming for daily chores get frequently chased. A few have even been bitten. The situation is getting difficult as we are afraid some of these dogs may be infected with deadly diseases.

Our residents association took up this issue to DumDum municipality but they do not have any facility to tackle this menace.

Therefore, sir, I on behalf of my co-residents would like to humbly request you to take necessary steps on urgent basis remove these stray dogs who are multiplying dangerously and threatening the safety of so many people
