There is a pot hole on the main road of Biren Roy Road west in front of Kshetrum Aspire.The Road is accident prone and hence request you to please fill it up as soon as possible.For now it's filled by rock slab but still is dangerous.

It's a small area that has to be fixed and won't require much raw materials.

Please fill it up as soon as possible as it's leading to many accidents.

I am resident of flat 8Q, eighth floor, Block-4. Today the owner of flat 9Q, just above my floor has started extending his balcony / verandah in illegal manner. This is going to disrupt free flow of air and stop the sunlight in my flat.

I request the authorities to take steps and stop this illegal construction.

I am a resident of kmc ward no. 143, Fakir danga area. We have found a stray dog seriously ill, most probably rabis. Please take him away from the locality, otherwise this dog can affect the whole area.

Water Logging in Nayabad Area.
DPK lane 1 & DPK lane 2 is totally under water & even after stop raiing it is taking atlease 3 days to get the normal road.

I am RAJEEV KU JAIN residing at 222, A.P.C ROAD SHYAMBAZAR KOLKATA 700004 ward no.12. I want to report a Legal Issue which occurred in my house. My elder brother is arining to many disputes and fixed unethical water pipe above my concrete tin and behind my air conditioner external machine. My main issue is with the pipe that is bring fixed there. It is causing serious problem. If significantly problem arises due to the water pipe, then whole building might be at risk.

I sincerely hope that you will understand my problem and take a strong action this issue. Looking forward to receive a positive response from your end.

Sir/Madam,

For a long time now household garbage has been dumped by your road cleaners on the footpath facing my property. My name is Erna Bose, I am the widow of late Ajoy Bose.
I live at 22 Sarat Bose Road, 4th Floor, Kolkata 700020.
My bedroom window and my sitting room window are facing that footpath.
Today a contaminating lot of household garbage has been dumped.
I cannot open my windows because of the bad smell and the flies.
In the past I have observed that your Road cleaners dump their garbage. It is then sorted out by a bigri wala. In the evening these people who dump the garbage return and argue in their very loud voices about, what appears to me is, money.
Is this a CMC garbage collectors substation below my window ??? If so, kindly move it to some other place where people are not disturbed.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could find the time to investigate the matter and find a solution.

Huge waterlogging in Parnasree Bidyamandir area in front of Radhakrishna Apartments.
Pls solve the issue.
Have complained earlier.But there has been no result.

My father is residing Bikramgarh, address is 41/B/1. Kolkata, 700032. I came from Bangalore to stay here as my father is suffering for post covid. The garbage van person is always misbehaved with me in-front of everyone as he is not allowing me to throw garbage in van stating one packet is allowed not more than. Also, in-front of my house, one place is there where everyone pile up garbage. When I kept my garbage for one day as two bags are there, again he is threatening me that he will complaint against me. He is misbehaving with me .. I want strict action against him. I am feeling harrassed

Full description- Our neighbours have fixed a mobile tower just adjacent to the primary school in our locality. We have submitted a complaint with the local police station but nothing seems to work. They seem adamant about the fact that planning a mobile tower at their house will bring them money. They are not thinking about the radiation that will emit and affect the school children when the school reopens after the pandemic. Along with that, the number of lightenings have also increased in our locality due to already present mobile towers.
Now, we tried talking to them but they are harassing us by screaming all day in foul language. We want the KMC to take strict action against them and to let them know that it's illegal to plan a tower near a school or even a hospital. I would be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

We are a resident of Baguihati, Hatiara Road. And on the way to Hatiara from Baguihati the condition of the Road is as much as poor, no one can although walk on the road. As there is big holes on the Road there is a problem of waterlodging. As it is a main Road on which almost all the means of transporatation is passing through and high possibility of Road accident. And in this Rainy seasons it is very difficult for everyone to pass through this road..please look into this...

We the residents of Manjusa Cooperative Housing Society Limited hereby requesting help from corporation to look into the water logging issue near Lake Police Station. We are not able to move out because of this. Water level is increasing rapidly for normal rain and life is at risk for us.

There is continuously scattering of paper, plastics in my area by the rag seller name Bablu.Earlier we have asked him not to do that but he never cares about it.It continuously keeps his plactic bags in front on the Apartment wall and also blocks the the gateway of garage.We all from the apartment request you to take some action and we believe in the corporation.

There is a big pothole on Biren Roy Road west .it's become risky as a lot of bykers fall into that and tumble leading to accidents.

I would like to submit a request to fill that pothole for every ones safety.its not a very big one hence won't require tons of raw materials.

Please try to acknowledge my complain as soon as possible.

There are many street dogs in my area...i m fed up with street dogs in my area ...dy try to bite 2 times my son...n distrb other people in the area ...plz help
