On 04/05/2021 at about 12/40 pm, I tried an online payment of KMC property tax of rs 8360/= by SBI credit card but payment failed due to BillDesk Error.
This amount was debited from credit card account but not credited to KMC tax account.
Please look into the matter and advise me accordingly.

We live in bagajatin near big bazar area in C-74 sammilani park kol-75.. We and our locality people become so much obsessed and fade up on the stray dogs.. They are attacking the kids and people of our locality... Yesterday they brutally murdered a cat... And this is 4th time in a row.. Plz we need a urgent action over it.. Before a big masacarre take place..

Sir,
I am a resident of 175/A, Vivekananda Road, Kolkata 700006. Throughout the whole day and night, there are many dogs roaming on the streets. They bark loudly all the night which disturbs our sound sleep. They also run to bite us while we are going out or coming back to home. They also bitten a person who had to take some tetanus shot then.
Please look after this problem and I suggest you should send some dog catchers in and clear them off.

Hi Team, This is to inform you that while trying to pay my Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) property tax online through Bill Desk on net banking, the amount debited from my bank a/c but this did not get credited to KMC a/c due to failure in online transaction. I have checked KMC website and it is still showing the amount as unpaid. Even I checked my account and it shows as released the amount from their end. Please see the details below. Request you to investigate from your end and let me know what action has to be taken from my end. The amount which was deducted was 7638

Payment made against Assessee No.[protected] of Rs.5446.00 for F.Y.[protected] on 16th April, 2021 but did not recieve payment confirmation receipt from KMC website. Amount has already been deducted from my SBI Bank Account. Please take immediate action to resolve this problem.

But all in vein.

Actully, because of them, we have been facing several issues to perform our daily tasks. In some cases, they have attacked our residents and other people who want to visit our houses. Even our relatives have stopped visiting our houses because of these dogs. Moreover, we need their protective shelters and proper treatment. I humbly request you that please send your famous dog squad to catch these dogs to help us to do our regular activities.

We will be highly obliged if you catch these dogs from our locality.

I have paid kolkata trade licence online on 27.03.21 of total amounting rs 3700/- (rs. 3400/- + 300 (fine). The amount has been deducted from bank (punjab national bank, ref no. Vcpn[protected]) but no receipt generated. The bank transaction is showing success, where as demand is still raised.

We are residing at gahmari nagar hatiara shariff, near sahi masjid, kolkata 700157.We like to bring your kind attention that there are around 5-6 stray dogs near our apartment. For the past few weeks some dogs in our locality are getting disease from which their heads are rotting. This dogs are roaming with their rotten heads spreading the disease. I am worried that this dogs are getting mad and can bite
the childrens playing in street anytime. Earlier we tried to contact local borough office but in vain. It has become a menace.

It is to inform you that it has been a year since Amphan has left behind a tree that is damaging the boundary wall of m apartment no 148, Purbalok, 7th street Kolkata 99. The Amfun made the tree uproot and fell over the boundary wall and then onto my building causing severe damage. By cutting the branches of the tree it is becoming dangerous to live in these premises.

My self Subhradeep Sen resident of the premises at Garfa 4th lane Kolkata 75 feel risk all the time as this building is very old now and has completed its life.
Being constructed back in 1960 this load-bearing wall type building has not been maintained since last 15 years and hence is showing huge cracks everywhere.
Beyond repair we requested other inhabitants to go for a developement by demolishing the property but all showed excuses of getting reduced floor area and held up the process.
The mumpty room and overhead tank is at most dangerous situation as it may fall down over the adjoining road causing damage to passer-by.
