Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — complaint about garbage dump in your lane and excess stray dogs

I live in 4b, haji lane. I would like to draw your attention towards the dumping of garbage at our lane which causes it to smell horribly while passing by. This has attracted a lot of stray dogs and is becoming a nuisance as the dogs bark too much at night frightening people away and also urinate and poop in front of our gate making it impossible to walk.
Health of people in our area is deteriorating. It is a matter of great concern.
Kindly request you to look into the matter and provide garbage cans in the area which should be cleaned regularly to avoid piling of garbage.
