Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — I'm complaining about the cries of the dog next door to us

Dear sir / ma'am

We are the residence of rabindra pally, vivekananda path nimta, opp of satyen pally, where we are facing a lot nuisance and hygiene issue. Our neighbor have a dog with black colour and it is speech, where the owner of the dog does not let his dog eat any thing at night, and the dog cries all over the night. Also he keeps his dog standing in the hot sun in the morning, i'm sending a video of the back side of the house where the dog is tied, right now he is still crying

Please help us to protect the dog from this kind of owner
