Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — injured stray dog

I am a resident of 5a, alimuddin street kolkata-700016. There is a dog in my area. He is badly injured and has some fungal infection around his neck which has a very bad smell. Its been few days he has started coming to sit near my house door and has spilled the walls with blood and foul smell. I need urgent help asap. Hopefully i get help

Dogs at mallick para, chatta kalikapur, near Hamza masjid, kolkata140, P.s-maheshtala, became too much dangerous to us. They chasing us to bite. Many children have bitten by those evil dogs. Please help us...those dogs created their own devil group. Nobody could fight to them. The dogs are dominating to us. Children's are too many scared.
