Dear sir
I would like to complain regarding dog owner who reside in our building who left the dog without leashes in the terrace to defarcate on entire terrace and refuse to clean which is becoming the health hazard for us due to this my father and mother both senior citizen unable to use the terrace for their morning or evening walk as my father is a heart patient and mother is arthritis patient and doctor advice them to walk regurlarly since our flat is on fourth floor without lift, so they have no option except terrace. The dog owner refused to listen our request and purposely left the dog in the staircase in front of our house the dog owner is bully on my aged parents as they stay alone.
So i would like to request you with folded hand please take the necessary action to help my aged parents
