Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — Request for action against unauthorized construction of club on footpath infront of my house

Few local fellow have constructed a club on the footpath in front of our house, blocking the entire footpath. They even create nuisance till midnight and have a daily routine of getting drunk and creating nuisance there. Want them to be removed from there immediately. But unfortunately even after several complaints, no actions has been taken. Extremely unsatisfied with the service.
