Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — street dogs are not in control

I, ajit kumar gupta resident of 20/21 m. C. Ghosh lane howrah-711101 kolkata municipal corporation. Recently there has been a sharp increase in the number of street dogs in our locality. We are facing all sorts of trouble starting from dirty roads to cases of dog bites. I would like to request the authorities to kindly take an action regarding this.
