Municipal Corporation Of Kolkata — sudden increase of stray dog population

I stay in 3/1, narkeldanga main road, kolkata - 700011. There is sudden increase of dog numbers in our area and because of that people living here couldn't manage to keep the corners clean as the dogs litter everything beside that dog bite is also increasing. So, i request the authorities to please take quick action and make our area safe and clean.
