I am a resident of Sanjay Nagar Mumbra, and I would like to bring to your attention the unhygienic condition of the gutter in our area. It has not been cleaned for a long time, leading to foul smell, mosquito breeding, and health concerns.

Despite a written complaint dated 23/04/2024 to the Diva Ward Committee that a large scale o[censored]nauthorized construction is taking place on the land of Chintamani Nagar Survey No. 81/B and 82/B at Mauje Daighar, no action has been taken yet. While the said construction was going on, the resident fell from the third floor and died. The matter was kept secret and no complaint was filed. The said land is ancestral land and regarding the said land in the court of Civil Judge Senior Level (Fourth Court) of Thane, regular civil suit No. 119/2022, defendant No. 3 namely Pritam Suresh Patil and defendant No. 8 Chandrakant Kamlakar Patil appeared and they Written arguments have been filed on their submissions and application for injunction and the said claim is pending for order of injunction. The said defendant no.3 namely Pritam Suresh Patil and defendant no.8 named Chandrakant Kamlakar Patil despite being aware of the said claim are trying to disturb the rights of the plaintiff by creating a third person's interest by creating a third person's interest by making a large unauthorized construction on the said claim income in contempt of the court. However, you are requested to take action against the unauthorized constructions on the claim income of Chintamani Nagar Survey No. 81/B and 82/B at said Mauje Daighar.

This not only tarnishes the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood but also attracts pests and vermin, posing a threat to the health and safety of residents, particularly young children and the elderly.

Furthermore, the irregularity and inefficiency of the garbage collection service exacerbate the problem. Scheduled collection days are frequently missed, leading to prolonged exposure to unsanitary conditions and foul odors. This neglect by the responsible authorities reflects poorly on their commitment to ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for residents.

I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and implement measures to improve the garbage cleaning services in our house area. This may include increasing the frequency of garbage collection, enforcing stricter penalties for littering, and deploying additional resources for waste management.

As a member of this community, I believe that everyone deserves to live in a clean and healthy environment. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves and work towards restoring cleanliness and order to our house area.

Complaint about Domestic dog bite to my son
My son was going to school in the morning that incident happened with him.

It is very dangerous dog the owner have not taken any precautions he applied dogmask guard on his but so carelessly his dog harmed my child.
The incidence took place in front of surana hospital on road.

We have all the detail with CCTV recording of Dog and his owner and want to log complaint for strict action

Illegal Building on road construction in full swing. -7- floors completed. Further slab addition in full swing. Poses danger to pedestrians, no permission available with builder. Thane Municipal Corporation and encroachment cell next lane but no action taken. The building is constructed in place of a -2- storey school demolished due to structural hazard. Now that small space a huge building construction in full swing. Busy road is also fully encroached. Grave hazard to children, aged and sick.

Please take your attention that illegal construction of shade is taking place is Ace Homes, my below flat. Due to which the the view of our balcony is disturbed and we have to see Continuously dirty shed with dust and bird dirt and other nuisances. And also compromising the safety of our flat due to shade, and its very dangerous in case of fire. If any incident happens like fire on any natural disaster it will block our way. Which is not acceptable.
We have informed the owner to clean the shade and also requested earlier not to construct it.
If any incident happens who will be responsible?
Occupant is legally obliged to take revised permission from local authority for covering balcony, as it is a deviation from approved plan.

Please install street light on mtnl compound road in front imtiyaz khan villa, old street light was removed during repairing of road on 2018 but after repairing work it was not reinstalled it is very diffuclt to walk in night since there is no light on road please re install as early as possible

Dear Sir / Madam,

A 2 month ago, Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation started the work of filling the potholes on the roads. The potholes on the roads were filled with gravel. But those gravels come under the wheels of vehicles plying on the roads and are affecting the people walking on the road and also flying into the roadside shops causing damage to their shop goods.

The rest of the gravel dumped in the area near Sadhubela School i.e. in front of Kailash Apartment should be cleared as soon as possible. Because the shopkeepers are suffering a lot due to the incomplete work of the Municipal Corporation. No one is answering the contact number provided by the Municipal Corporation. Also, no one is answering the service contact number of the ward's corporator. I have already registered the complaint also given a written complaint letter in your ulhasnagar goal maidan office. But no one respond to our complaint.

In view of the above, it is a humble request that this work be done as soon as possible.
